Terrible TERRIBLE service! You are NOT viewed or treated as human here. I was put on an assignment where the foreman was zonked out on pain killers all day... almost died MULTIPLE times during our two days together. Dude kept nodding out at the wheel. I got fed up and reported it to Labor Ready but they only pretended to care. Theyre still putting people on assignments with that guy because his company pays THEM well. They dont care about your safety or anything else about you. Youre just there to risk your life making them money while they sit back on their lazy, fat, rude a$$es

My father has been going every day for a couple weeks and has only work 2 days. He asked them how they stay in business if they have no jobs to send people on and they said they are federally funded. They dont even care if they find you a job. I dont recommend going here, cause you have to sit and wait for hours in order to get a job and waste your whole day cause no one goes out.

my boyfriend has worked for them off and on for over 3 years and has gotten 2 full time jobs and is currently working out of town due connections he made through them , I think it depends how determined you are, my only negative is they should pay higher wages

Such an AWESOME place to come for daily work. Safe place to wait for a job I love this People Ready office. I find the staff at the Gilbert office More Helpful, Friendly, & Understanding. Cant really say that about the West Valley Office.

Usually spent more time waiting for a job than working. If you have your own tools and plenty work experience in just about any construction field youll have plenty of jobs but no tools and no experience kinda leaves you dry most days

I work with labor ready 3yrs ago.good to work for them.now I work for mine.they are good for references. they are very good people.when I have my 7day off of go over to labor ready work two day.im happy.
