NOT EVEN ONE STAR! MY HUSBAND GREW HIS HAIR AND BEARD FOR 4 MONTHS. HE HAD 15 PICTURES OF MEN WITH THE EXACT LOOK I WANTED. I ALSO WROTE NOTES SAYING "full and curls in back, long sides, let it be full and wavy. He came home with the sides and back 12 long. Straight. Cut straight down to ears and trimmed up around them. No fullness in back. Nothing. The pictures were if Richard Gere, Michael Douglas, George Clooney and Robert DeNiro all with long hair combed back over ears and full beards. WTF???!!! THE GUY JUST DID WHAT HE WANTED TO DO!!! MADE NO ATTEMPT AT...I DONT KNOW. He looked at the pictures and read the notes! If he didnt know how to leave it longer he should have let someone else cut! I AM FLABBERGASTED I am in TEARS!!!!!!!! You just f__cked up our holiday pics!!!!!!! He had a fulll of hair and a full beard! Before this he wore his hair short and even THEN it wasnt as short as this. I am so effing PISSED! $30. Reasonable if the barber bothered to listen. Could have gone to Walmart with a coupon! U read all the reviews and felt confident sending him there. You should advertise that you cut hair YOUR way, dont worry about what the customer asks and pays for Shame on you.

I asked for a medium regulation marine corps hair cut with a 1 inch fade and 2 inches on top. The barber was more than confident he could do it. He left me with a half inch of hair on top with a 3 inch fade and it was a high regulation hair cut. I politely corrected him after he cut my hair as it still looked decent. He then continued to argue with me of how I was wrong that what he had given me was a military medium regulation haircut. I have been in the marines for more than 4 years and do not take well to being told how I am wrong on my description and he didnt follow what I had asked for length or the fade width. Very disappointed with the service I received. I went based on reviews off Google and I am very sad to say. I was steered wrong. Will not use these gentleman again. I CANNOT SPEAK FOR THE BARBERS WHO I DID NOT USE. I only speak on behalf of the barber who cut my hair. Very disrespectful.

If I could do an individual rating about a particular person I would because the shop shouldnt have to suffer for it. I dont know the kids name for certain I believe they said his name was Daniel . He wore a Arizona Diamondbacks hat . I wouldnt recommend you get a haircut from him. He didnt clean off his barber chair had other guys hair on it which made my back itch . Asked for a certain haircut even showed him a picture and he gave me something completely different. Ive been going to Gateway barbershop for over eight months now. I would recommend any of the other guys. I would know because they have all cut my hair and have done a great job. I wouldve said something myself in the shop but there were others there present and I wanted to be respectful. Im pissed. Panda , Gabriel and the rest of guys are awesome though.

I thought it was odd at how much gel he put in my hair and how much time he spent combing the back. After I got home and took a shower, my wife pointed out that I had a line cut in the back of my head, and the barber hid it by combing over it. Thanks for the dishonesty. I wish I remembered the name of he guy who cut my hair. When you walk in the store, its one of the chairs on the left hand side, maybe the middle one? Be careful. Theyll mess you up in there.

I got here when they opened. Hoping to get a hair cut before I went to work. Desperate as I was I waited 3 hrs because I was on this side of town. Finally I left because I was going to be late for work. With no haircut! What a waste of time! On top of that I came the day before with my son and waited 2hrs with just my son getting a haircut. Dam 5 hrs totally wasted.

Guys here are awrsome and they all give great hair cuts. The atmosphere is welcoming and everyone jokes around and has fun. Anyone who goes to a REAL babrbersop knows youre not going to be in and out in 30 minutes. These guys take their time in your hair so its done right. You get what you pay for here and Ill never mind a wait if it means I get a fresh cut every time.

Brought my son in for a haircut from Adam. Ive have been trying to get a sporty/pompadour look and it kept getting lost in translation with other places that Ive tried. Adam took his time, had to deal with several cowlicks, and the result is AMAZING!!! Adam even gave me tips on how to manage and style his hair. Very much appreciated and will be back again!!!

This is the place to go if you want a solid haircut. You may wait longer than the average haircut place and the haircut will take longer, but it is well worth it as the guys here know what they are doing and are very precise and make sure everything looks good. Youll pay the same as anywhere else too, not pricey at all. Great spot

Friendly and down home atmosphere. I moved back here after living in a small town. I enjoy the banter and conversation as well as being greeted by everyone when I walk in. The service and haircuts are second to none. And I have very difficult hair to and they handle it with ease. Ill be a customer for years to come.

also he had a blue hat. he rushed through it cause it was past 6. they should probably listen more. and also want my money back. thanks for ruining my hair again. now im not going to school for 2 days. i asked for a 1 fading into a high 1.5 and now im completely bald on the side and was terribly faded.
