I called and spoke with Jamie at 10am. Being a new Executive client, I requested an appointment. Jamie clearly confirmed the appointment for 12 noon. ( His Choice of time) He than instructed me that it would be more expensive $25 dollars to make this appointment. I replied no problem. I wait the 2 hours and show up and guess who isnt there. (Jamie) I am then instructed he would be back, can I wait longer. No problem, a great haircut for me is worth the wait. Another 30 minutes pass and no Jamie! Great customer service! And to top it off the place was extremely unprofessional with kids playing soccer inside like a playground. Not to mention the place was filthy with hair eveywhere, oh and the AC broke. This in my opinion is not a buisness and I would never go back.

After 2 visits I have to give this place a 5. The barber is friendly and fast plus on both visits I didnt have an appointment. I moved to QC from Chandler in 2013 and have been making the bI-weekly trip to Phoenix to get my haircut by my loyal barber. The trip has been a drain so I gave this place a try. It was the best decision yet. This place has a new client for as long as Im out this way. My hope is that the experience stays the same for as long as I stay a client.... I highly recommended that you give the place a shot if you have not yet.

For the last 10 years I got my hair cut at a Barber Shop in Chandler. When I moved to Queen Creek I decided to try the Queen Creek Barber Salon. Needless to say I have found my new Barber shop! I have had my hair cut by both Maria and Claudia and both did an amazing job. The only down fall to this barber shop is theyre ALWAYS busy. I guess the volume of people says a lot about how good this barber shop is. They do make up for it by letting you schedule an appointment to get a cut. I highly recommend this place, theyre great!!

Take my two small kids there to see Jamie and he does a great job with their haircuts every time. His fades are well done and blended nicely and his touch is gentle enough for my 3 year old to sit and let him cut his hair. We have been going there for about a year and will be highly upset if we have to find somewhere else. I highly recommend this barbershop/ salon!

We have been going here for awhile now, every time we walk in, we always feel welcomed, both of my boys love going because the barber make it a very personable experience, they are sweet to them and always talk and engage in conversations with them, i now know I found our "home for haircuts!!! Thanks for being so awesome!!!

Good haircuts but the employees lock the doors before they officially close, according to the hours on their door. Also the hours on Google maps are incorrect. Showed up at 4:45, and their door said they close at 5 (Maps said they close at 7 that day) , and the doors were locked. Honor your stated business hours please!!

Frankie was able to hook me up with a nice fade (a haircut I have never had) which I totally loved. Amazing haircut and straight razor shave... Barbershops dont get better than that! Highly recommend this place to anyone.

Fast and friendly service. Been a few times, longest I had to wait was 30 minutes, thats understandable with 5 other people in line. Jaimie was great and he gives you exactly what you want!
