Went in today for a cut, wasnt my first choice but they werent booked up. I was greeted as I walked in and took a seat. There were two barbers there, an older gentleman and a lady. As I was waiting another customer walked in, darker skin color and the owner proceeded to greet her in Spanish and the customer immediately discouraged it by replying in English. Not sure why everyone has to be greeted in Spanish.... anyhow. I waited to be seen by the lady and after a while it was my turn. She asked me what kind of cut I wanted and I told her I wanted a comb over hard part fade. She didnt know what a hard part was and kept calling it a line. Anyhow, she begins to cut and a few minutes in I look down and see that theres much more hair being cut off than I originally hoped so, but I didnt say anything, I usually dont, I expect professionals to do their work properly. I was in the chair for about 15 to 20 minutes and during thst time she didnt say a word to me whatsoever, a simple hows your day going would have been nice. She kept on cutting and trimming and eventually she pulled the cape off and tell me that the job is done. So here we are, I do have a "line", however, she did not fade one bit and she also cut way too much hair off the top, cant really even comb it over anymore. I dont know if shes just ignorant or maybe its because it was the end of the day and she wanted to leave, but she didnt listen to me at all. I will not be returning.

It is a very average place. Old fashioned is a very false opinon. Poorly maintained tools and not a razor to be seen. Overall a bad experience: I asked for a regular hair cut. Which I was told would be 12 dollars, I was charged 15. The barber then decided to style my hair. The sides short, taking forever, using the clippers to carve in sharp edges. At an old fashioned barber shop the edges would be cleanly shaped by a well kept razor, taking moments at the end of a relaxing cut. Finally the top of my head; the hair was left MUCH longer than the sides, styled, not what anyone would consider a regular hair cut. To top it all off his scissors were dull. It was easy to tell from the moment the barber started cutting he was having trouble getting the scissors to cut the hair, cutting multiple times the same bit. On occasion having the scissors catch and pull. To top it all off he felt the need to dig in a bunch of stiff holding gel. Which I had no desire to touch, hidding the fact my hair was absurdly long on the top compared the the sides.

I have been coming here since day one since this shop has opened in Gilbert. Actually one of the first customers to come here. Ive have to say I always liked it here the prices are good and Agustin and his staff is all good I use to be particular on who cut my hair, but now I like all. Sometimes my line up isnt always straight but overall is looks great and clean when I leave. I will Always be a returning customer. Thank you Paisano Barber shop for always giving great service !

Took my 3 boys to get haircuts, it was the first haircut for my youngest [18mo]. All in all, pretty good. The older gentleman who cut my 7yr old did a good job. The lady did the other 2, and she put up with crying and constant talking from a 4yr old. My biggest thing is their prices arent posted; 2 of the haircuts were 15 and the other 12, so maybe it has to do with whether or not they use razors? Also they take credit which is nice for a barber.

Augustine is such a wonderful barber and and awesome guy to talk with. After my last barber retired I was worried that my options would be limited to the big hair cutting chains like Great Clips, so I am so relieved my father and I discovered this place instead! I always walk out with a haircut I love, and I think thats the most important measure for any barber shop.

Agustin does an amazing job! I appreciate going to a barber over a salon because of the straight shave on the neck and sideburns. The cost is the same between a salon and a barber, so why wouldnt you go to a barber? Anyhow I have been coming here for awhile the place is always clean, the people are friendly and they do a great job!

The best haircut Ive ever gotten. I went from having my hair down to my shoulders to getting it extremely short. They are very precise when cutting your hair. Everything is even and looks great. First haircut Ive ever actually been 100% satisfied with. Great place

I have followed this barber shop from Chandler and I was extremely pleased that they moved to Gilbert . The 2 barbers they have in Gilbert were the 2 best ones from the Chandler Shop. I have been going to them for better than 3 years and I am extremely happy .

Excellent haircut! The older gentleman inside is very personable. He does take his time to get it right, so expect about 20 minutes for a high fade. Generally no wait to get a cut. This is one of, if not the best haircut I have ever had. Thank you!
