I dont think I could have had a better experience than what I had with Dressler Courier. I was a little apprehensive about using a courier service because I have never used one before, but Jeff at Dressler walked me though all the the entire process and kept in contact with me until it was shipped and I had a tracking number. I felt safe and that my package (which he picked up and mailed for me) was going to be delivered without issue. I live in PA,USA and the place where the package was getting picked up (in Phoenix,AZ) would not accept anybodys card over the phone, but Dressler allowed me to prepay them for the price of the package so they could purchase it for me. I rate Jeffs communication as spectacular and the overall experience as one where I would be happy to use them again. I should also note that I called two other couriers in Phoenix and one would not take the prepayment and the other was going to charge more than Dressler Courier.
