This daycare need to be closed the own shows up drunk, hire people with a CPS case does she not understand the reason they have cps is cause they cant take care of there own kids so why would you allow them to work there, My youngest came home an said one of the teachers smacked him in the hand and had a story behind it so when I confronted her she found every reason why this teacher did not do that, she has a girl working there that has a DUI, there are some good teachers there that should look else where an can find something better, but if you care about your kid an want them in a better surrounding you should really look else where. Dont give this lady your money its not worth it. Haha an now this goes to show what kind of daycare you run an what kinda of mouth you have on you only a drunk would reply an put other bussiness of people family on here so now your true colors are showing of what kind of daycare you run an the one you have running it is the one that is always yelling at the kids an the only reason you have good reviews is because you gave a 20 dollars credit to the parents an one of them is your son, an I have never yelled at you, I am not the one talking white trash like you an always complaining you dont know what your going to do cause your not making any money an how are you going to pay your employees, poor of your some has to deal with a drunk mom everyday of his life now thats trash taking to you, you only have a few good employees left their. I have never yelled at your staff I has came to you when your teacher yells at my little one all the time an when one of your teacher smack my child in the hand and you did nothing about it, so Mrs Linda open your eyes little drunk by you putting all that it makes you look worse an really shows your true colors of how you run a daycare.

My son kept coming home with a lot bruises, bite marks, and scratches. This had been ongoing for over months without even an explanation or the daycare attempting to bring it to my attention.. The incidents had progressed greatly within the last few months of care(or lack of care). They did not inform us of the incidents we had to inquire and the answer we receive is "yes, your son was bitten but we do not know by whom", this was given over literally a dozen times. My son had a horrible bite mark on his shoulder and left arm. He also had multiple bruises on his left arm, and he had about a 1 1/2 inch deep scratch across his face (All this on one day!). I had informed the daycare multiple times about my concern and it seems they did not take them seriously. For these reason I have chosen to have my child at home with me instead of sending him to daycare. The daycare said they would have a staff meeting and call us back. I have yet to hear from them and have yet to receive ANY correspondence back from them. I had to take my child out of that place. Started coming home every day with a new bit, huge scrape, and bruises. They way overcharge and their staff is high school kids or young adults that don’t even care, it is just a job to them. Went to home daycare and am much happier and so is my child. DO NOT USE LITTLE ANGELS IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CHILDREN !!!! I paid these people over $7,000 for one year of care.

I worked at this center as the Director for 7 years. I worked there for so long because it was a great place. All of my kids attended there as well and I felt that they were not only in a wonderful, nurturing learning environment, but most importantly SAFE there. Most of the teachers there worked very closely with each other and cared greatly for the kids there. They went beyond to try and give the children the best experience possible while they were in there because sometimes parents would have their kids there for 10-12hrs at a time. I got the opportunity to help many children and families while employed there. I wouldnt have changed anything about the center. Linda always tries to think of things to make it better for the kids, was involved 100% with Quality First and while there are not always employees like the ones that were while I was there I can say that it was truly a good quality childcare compared to too many terrible ones here in Phoenix! I can tell you from experience that when I left Little Angels I looked at 4 other ugly, smelly, gross centers before finding another one that could give my kids the same quality that they got while being at Little Angels. I am very happy with where my kids are now (Kinderland Preschool), but I have nothing bad to say about Little Angels from my experience with my kids while they were there. This was from 2006 to 2014... :)

I agree with Jeremy. We had 2 children at this daycare, and pulled them last June for the same reasons. We had undocumented bites, and noone seemed to care. The staff spent more time on the cell phone than caring for the kids. We moved to Tutor Time and our kids are thriving. I will say, some of the staff cares at Little Angels- not many- but some- I wish they would move to the other daycare. This one is poorly run, and they dont care about the families or the kids. IMHO.

We have chosen Little Angels and we couldnt be happier with the care they provide to our daughter. She has made lots of friends at the day care and cant wait to go every day! The staff has been great and our daughter comes home every day excited to tell us about her day and all of the new things she learned. I cant recommend this place enough!

My little brother has been going to this daycare for years. The owner is very friendly and the staff is really helpful and patient with all of the kids. During the summer the staff takes the kids on outings like the pool and to the movies. I have recommended this place to many of my friends and they have all had great experiences.

Its been the only daycare Ive trusted. My kids and I bonded with all the staff. The director is great and the staff is outstanding. My son is now 14 but attended since age 1. My daughter attended since 6 weeks old through 3 1/2. I recommend this place.
