Never wrote a review before but you need to do you research on this place before your kids enter. With other directors this place used to be awesome. Now that Melissa is running this place the Quality has gone down hill yet she still charges high cooperate prices. according to cooperate which I did call she is allowed to set her own prices. We have been using this place for 5 years now and all of a sudden the price we were paying was not correct, kids are being neglected, called my wife a liar about the price we were paying for 3 weeks now all of a sudden the price was different. Melissa was not willing to budge on a price for 10 dollars a week after being quoted. Called corporate just so the asst director liam could call me saying the reason why my price went up was because " the system is telling me to charge this amount and there is nothing they they can do". Thats cooperate for you I had to pay for 3 drop offs and 3 pickups when they were only picking up 1 time from kindergarten. Again they said it was the system that was charging us. The toddler rooms now reek of bleach due to lack of hygiene. Every time I go to pick up my child, there is no one watching the children as they all seem to be hovering around the sink area and when I get there they have book shelves that barricade the door entrance becuase the kids are are trying to escape. when I do pick up my child all the other children hover around the barricade crying as if they they want out. I understand they miss their parents but in the past 5 years ive never seen this behavior here. For the past 3 months every time I take my toddler there she comes home with a fever that last for days. there are kids with boogers that are dripping down there chins which tells me they are being neglected from simple hygiene that any parent would have addressed immediately. She has had roseola infection twice "(look it up) which is a 5 day fever followed by a whole body rash that looks like chicken pox. To sum everything up I am going foward and calling CPS on this company as they are not even accredited on the better so future children do not have to suffer from what my children had to endure. My child was getting punched by another kid. After approaching this matter to Melissa the director her response was "Im surprised he is a nice child" After looking up on the better Business Bureau this place is not even registered on there website They are charging high cooperate prices without any follow-up and neglect on the children. they advertise after school tutoring which in m sons case is a movie after school so they dont have to deal with them. Not once have I seen any "Tutoring" done and the director Melissa is allowed to charge any price she wants according to cooperate. this place is ran so bad they will be accredited the the better business bureau. go ahead and look them up. STAY AWAY FROM COOPERATE and look somewhere else. Melissa is more about the money than your childs actual well being

I took the tour and enrolled my daughter. She was in the infant room, the teachers in the infant room took great care of my 3 month old dauther. My problem was the security. On her first day there, I went to pick her up, I was let in by a parent that was leaving. I approached the front desk and there was nobody there, I walked right back to the infant room, no questions asked. On my way out Marissa the director was there and I expressed my concern she assured me she had seen me walk by and that everything was fine. She said if she had not known me, she would have approached me. The following week my husband picked up my daughter, he had never been to pick her up before so I just instructed him to go to the front door, they would see him and let him in. Well my husband arrived and was let in by an employee that was going home for the day. Then he waited by the front desk, that was left unattended, and nobody approached him. He stood there for a few minutes and then started wandering back towards the class rooms and found the infant room. He entered the infant room and picked up our daughter. On the way out there was still nobody at the front desk and he left. He did not even sign our daughter out. He called me very upset, and I left work and went to speak to Marissa. She did not seem to care much she apologized but did not give me any assurance that this would be correct or that it would not happen again. Needless to say that was my daughters last day there. I considered that negligance and was afraid that anyone can walk back into the classrooms, no questions asked. My daughter is 3 months old and she would not be able to recognize who was taking her home. I would not recommond this location.

Hands down...the best daycare in Phoenix. The Director Miss Marissa is the sweetest, nicest person who treats my children like they are her own. I have been going to TutorTime since they opened and have never had any problems. The teachers are great with my boys (5 and 2) who have both been there since they were 6 weeks old. They always greet me and my boys with a warm welcome every morning. They are professional and very, very friendly. Miss Angie is great also. She is always super nice to not only me but everyone that comes in the building. All of the teachers are always great with the kids. They even potty trained my 5 year old and are working with me to train my 2 year old as well. I would recommend this facility to anyone who wants the absolute best care for their children. 8/21/12: In response to Yolanda Cruzs review...if you couldnt read the name correctly...my name is Bridgette Johnson (a parent) NOT Bridget Davis (the infant teacher). I am a long time parent who has been bringing my children to Tutortime for 5 years. Everything I said about this center is absolutely true. If I didnt trust these teachers with my children I would not bring them here. Bridget Davis cared for my now 2 year old since he was 6 weeks old and treated him as if he was her own. Not once has she ever "snapped" at my children. HUGS??? To this day she still gives him and my 5 year old hugs as soon as she sees them in the morning. Angie is always smiling, friendly and helpful. What I think is "SAD" is the fact that you cant leave your REAL name and your hiding behind this "Yolanda Cruz" alias. Is it because youre leaving lies? Because nothing you have said is true. "WOW"

My son has been at Tutor Time for about a year and I loved it there. The staff was cool and it was like a family until Ms. Laura the old director left a few months ago. Now that Marissa and Angie is running the center its going down hill. The kids are always fighting and they cant keep a teacher in school age to save their life. They are always on the internet or their cell phones. They never have time to talk to a parent unless its about a late fee. Angie is the worst. She "ALWAYS" have a bad attitude for no reason. If she dont like her job than just QUIT. For the past 3 months, everytime Ive worked in the center and Angie was up front she was either on her cell phone and reading a book. And when you try to ask her a question she will tell you she dont have time. And lets not talk about Marissa, the new Director. She backs Angie up no matter what (wrong or right). The "DIRECTOR" position went to her head. But the bad part is, she thinks that she is non-replaceable. She hangs out with a couple of the parents behind the desk and just laugh and eat. She lets the staff hang out after hours in the center and they all take food home from the lunch room. And whenever staff from another center or corp is coming she will tell the parents not to stop or talk because we have to look good to corp. Well only if corp had video in the office or front desk or if they were a fly on the wall. As long as Marissa and Angie is working at that center, corp will lose both kids and money. They both need to be replaced ASAP.
