VERY disappointed with service received. On August 22nd, I returned a silk Tommy Bahama shirt to them that they damaged during the cleaning process. Was told that I would hear from the owner in about two to three days. After waiting five days, I gave them a call and was informed that the owner was going to be on vacation for the next two weeks (August 12th) and that no one (not even the manager) could resolve the issue. After making several attempts to reach the owner by phone and in the store, I picked up my shirt and informed the "manager" that I was very disappointed and would not be returning. #saveyourself

sent in 2 Armani suits figuring that since they were in Scottsdale Both suits and then when I went to pick them up they didn’t want me to check my clothes at the counter I looked at the suits any they had steamed a hole in one of the arms after I asked for a manager they told me that it was sent in like that but they were brand new suits and only worn once. Manager was not helpful and he said it was nothing they could do about it but he offer me 10% off coupons to come back…yeah right BUYER BEWARE

Most friendly and thorough dry cleaning and tailoring. I come here across town for this service and expertise. Osanna does wonders on all my thrift store finds and pants. Ahmet is the kindest and lets me keep my clothes there until I can pick them up. They are top quality and amazing prices.

Our laundry wasnt ready when they said it would be. Supposedly there was an issue with their machine. They kept telling me to come back in an hour... 3 hours later they still werent done. The owner was not accommodating at all. Very disappointed!!!

Love them! Only place Ive found that doesnt ruin expensive skirts by jamming safety pins in them! My clothes are always hung gently without pins :)
