Took several new suit pants there, took them home and discovered that all of them smelled like smoke, like bad enough they I couldnt wear them to work. I dont know if this was from an employee that smokes or from other clothes that were cleaned that smelled like smoke, or from old equipment. I tried calling the main office in Ggden on Washington where they are actually cleaned and the line was busy, and still busy after several calls.

Dropped off some pants to be cleaned and have a button sewed back on. Button came back fixed but pants didnt get cleaned. Still smelled. They were nicely pressed but still had the spots that indicated they hadnt been cleaned. Very frustrated.

Fast, friendly service. Theyre a little more expensive than other cleaners nearby. But theyll do same-day service and the quality is better. Im very pleased with Hoffman cleaners.

Website says same day service. I called on Saturday and they said sorry we dont clean on weekends. Huh??????
