(New customers, been taking our clothes there for about 2 weeks.) I guess the customer is not always right. 2 identical shirts that fit perfectly were dropped off - 2 shirts came back one of them pretty much shrunk 1 inch all around. Manager said he has no idea how that would happen - they are done in the same load. Left feeling stupid and taken advantage of. Looking for a new place. All true.
