This is hands down the best dry cleaners I have been to. I have lived in SLC for over 15 years and was recommended here by a friend because I was frustrated with all of the places I have been to (probably at least 8 or more). He told me to try here because his mom has used them for going on 30 years and after going there I can see why, their quality is better than the expensive places Ive tried, and prices are amazing (they are 1/3 the price of a large chain that is right next to my house, absolutely no joke, 1/3 ! ). They are also the most professional I have been to, I have a shirt that I have never been happy with how it was pressed anywhere, when I mentioned it to them, even though they had already done a better job pressing it than other places Ive been, I explained that other places had told me that this collar cant press and that I should do it myself, the manager was very kind, and patient and explained to me that the shirt has more material on the top side of the collar then the bottom, and then was kind enough to show me how it is pressed commercially by their machine making it difficult to remove the fold of extra material, they then were kind enough to fix it by hand pressing it while I waited, didnt charge me anything extra and let me know that in the future they would be happy to press it this way but it would just cost a little bit more (only $1.00 extra) for this 1 shirt and I would just have to let them know whenever I would drop it off. Very impressed, all the way around excellent!!

Beyond impressed! I was stressed because my sons school gave them their cap and gown the day of graduation. I called 4 places before calling Prompt Dry Cleaning and was told the fastest turnaround would be 24 hrs, so I was relieved when I called here, not only did they tell me they could do it, they told me they would get it done for me while I waited. The girl on the other end of the line was so nice and accommodating and nothing changed when I arrived. Superb customer service! This company has just earned a new customer. Thank you!

This is the worst dry cleaners ever !!!! I have been a customer for 1 year and it has been such a terrible experience with them. Everytime I take an order of clothes for dry cleaning, I pick my clothes up , either a piece of clothing is missing or they indicate it had somehow disappeared . Please dont use them!

Cleaned my favorite antique wool peacoat quickly, and for a quarter of the price I have been charged at other cleaners. I will be coming back here for all of my dry cleaning. The work was good, and the staff were friendly.
