I was literally ripped off here. Took my suit and a bunch of ties to get dry cleaned here, and the kid at the front counter told me to come by tomorrow and it would be ready, something which surprised me, but I figured it would be just fine. Paid $26 for my suit and 7 ties ($3/tie). Came the next day to get my dry cleaning, and couldnt believe how it looked. For one, one of my ties was now all wrinkled and messed up. Second, each hanger of ties had a cute little note that said basically, "We tried to clean these and we could not." The ties did not even smell like they had tried to be cleaned, nor did the suit. Went to the store and complained about the service, and Ill admit, I got pretty upset that they could not even tell me in advance that "hey, we cannot clean your ties." I wanted my money back! The manager told me to leave the store or he was going to call the police. Really?! You are going to threaten me with the police over $26 for a terrible service you know you gave? Never. And I mean it, never go to this dry cleaners. The manager does not give a D about his customers. Best part, get this: went home, and decided to wash my ties. Took about 10 minutes to clean them all, a few hours to dry, and BOOM. Spotless. Why could they not do that too? If you can do it yourself, do it. And if you need to use dry cleaners, DONT EVER go here.

Worked here one summer between semesters several years ago. Management maintains a high level of integrity and seeks to please the customer. Nobody is perfect and they recognize that they sometimes make mistakes. If something happens to your garment after cleaning let the owner know and they will do whatever they can to make sure you are satisfied. Usually a low price indicates low quality but they do a high quality job for a great price. They can keep the prices low because they dont take credit cards (i.e. avoid the high fees associated with credit cards). They take cash or check only.

I have lived in Layton my whole life, and constantly have had the need for dry cleaning. Took my dry cleaning to this store because I saw the good review on Google, and am surprised by the terrible service provided. The price was fantastic, but the quality was HORRIBLE. The manager yelled at me because I was upset by how my comforter was cleaned. The comforter had holes in it after getting dry cleaned! If a manager is going to yell at me because I am a customer looking for good business, I will just take my business somewhere else that is ACTUALLY good. NEVER use this place.

Never have I met a manager that is so rude. When I see a good rating on Google I believe it to be true. For some reason however, it seems as though this place has slipped underneath the radar and gotten away with FALSE, positive service. Ruined my clothes! Need evidence? Picked up my husbands pants with a nice, new hole in it. Went to the store to complain, and was told that there is no guarantee the clothes will be protected and was refused any sort of help. AWFUL SERVICE. I have learned not to believe every good review you can read on Google anymore.

Id do no stars!! Why is this place highly ranked when they have terrible customer service!?! Prices are low its true however the job is abysmal!! They put tags on my hangers saying they couldnt find the spots to clean, didnt clean it and refused to give me my clothes unless I paid them and they didnt do anything!!! They also ruined my bed comforter and denied everything! To top it off they also threatened ME that if I didnt pay for the job they didnt do they were going to call the police!! Exhortionists and crooks are the lot of them!

This is the cheapest dry cleaning in the area. Its nice when you can haul in an entire basket of shirts and get out paying like $30-40. Quality of the clean may not always be the best but I feel like I get more than enough value to make up the difference. Ive come here at least 30 times and Ive had maybe two complaints. Pretty good track record.

Worst dry cleaning experience ever! Rude workers - lost articles - black marks on clothing. Precious articles thrown in bins. Low prices does not mean you should have to tolerate this type of behavior under any circumstance. I would never recommend them to anyone.

I have yet to have had a bad experience bringing my shirts to this Cleaner. They have always had my clothes ready for me to pick up when they said it would be ready for me. I will use this cleaners service gor as long as they are in service.

Great service and the lowest prices in the area. Ive been using them for the year since we moved here and never had a complaint. Same day drop off and pickup. Always friendly and just a great local company to spend your money at.

I took in three shirts, buttons missing. Actually, two of three shirts had buttons missing! Wont go here again, included in the price of dry cleaning is taking care of clothing assigned

This place is perfect. Every garment is 2.50 (including tax) and men shirts are 1.50. They do a great job and an awesome same day service if you bring it in by ten.
