Ive been coming to you for 15 years and enjoyed the service but many times you have burned scented candles or had other scents and each time it gives me an allergy/asthma attack. Today I had to hang my newly dry cleaned clothes out side on my deck to air out and that was after coming in to the store and getting set on my butt from the allergy/asthma attack. I will no longer be coming into your store. Anyone who has allergies or asthma or copd/emphazema would suffer at least some. I work very hard in my life to use scent free items and stay out of smelly stores, sorry you have to be one of them but Ive tried long enough. Sorry no stars any more. Elizabeth Long

I had the BEST experience at the Ogden Red Hanger. I didnt have time to take my blazers to the dry cleaner so I washed them in my washer on gentle... Long story short I had four blazers that were scalded by hot water. They seemed to be ruined permanently. I tried to fix them myself but it did nothing. Ronne Farkas was AMAZING!! Best customer experience I have ever had, she was so nice and sympathetic and said she would do what she could. I went back the next morning and there she was smiling so big! She remembered my name and my blazers look brand new!! Thank you Ronne for your compassion and excellent customer service! Red Hanger is lucky to have you!!

I went to pick up my $800 flight jacket and it was missing. They said they would look for it and call me in an hour-Never called. The next day I returned, the girl at the knew nothing about my missing jacket, but she was able to find out that it had been sent by accident to their North Ogden location. I when and picked up my jacket and found that it was still dirty. The North Ogden location told me to take it back to Ogden and they would re-clean it for free. When I got back to the Ogden location there was a line and an elderly man was waiting for them to find his missing jacket! I walked out, Im not going to risk losing my precious jacket with them.

Well.... I pick up my cleaning and I had a pair of dress pants missing. I contacted the North Ogden Store and spoke to one of the workers (mind you this was on 5/26/2015) I explained to the worker that I needed my pants to be found ASAP as I was leaving to go out of town by Friday. She assured me that she would call me back. As of today no call back (5/28/2015). I have called several times and it seems that losing my article of clothing is not a big deal. Today the worker tells me the manager is aware that they have lost my dress pants and he will be getting in touch with me. STILL NO CALLS yet! I cannot stand poor customer service!

Thank you so much to Ronnie who called well in advance of my pick up time to ask if she could told a garment back for a third cleaning! How nice! People usually dont even check their work it seems these days. To have her call me personally, then text me a photo of the tie that needed extra work, then make sure I was ok with a later pick up time.... I mean that kind of customer service is just unheard of these days for a little dirty tie. So, so, so impressed with Ronnies desire to do great, quality work. Will for sure her and red hanger in the future!

I want to say how much O LOVE this cleaners. I had a white skirt that was cleaned by another cleaners and when I got it back, it had a big blue stain on it. The cleaners cleaned it again but the blue stain was still on it. I then took the skirt to Red hanger cleaners in Ogden and told them about my problem skirt. They took the skirt and FIXED it. There was no blue stain to be found on the white skirt! They were so friendly and helpful/ I will forever go to this cleaners with my clothing in the future.

I took my dress to Red Cleaner because I had cleaned some pickle juice on it, and was wearing that dress for a wedding the next day. I had a tight schedule and they totally worked with me and had it done by 11 am the next morning! I was so grateful! Jen said she would put it on top to get done first thing (because I was there around 1.30 pm) in the morning, and when I said by 11 am she didnt even flinch. It was amazing! I would highly recommend. She was very friendly, and so was her manager.

Red Hanger Ogden was a wonderful help today as we needed many items dry cleaned in a short amount of time before flying out of town. When we dropped off the clothing, they were quick in gathering my information, met me with a warm smile, and assured me the clothes would be completed in the time frame we needed. She also reminded me that they send email reminders for us to keep track of the clothing order. Thank you again for providing such great service when we were in a crunch!

Ive never taken anything to a dry cleaners before and I had no idea where to go. I found great reviews for you guys on Facebook, so I gave it a shot. The lady that helped me when I got there was so friendly and helpful (I think she is the manager) and answered all my questions. The process was explained to me and I found out I could even pick it up that night if I wanted to. Well certainly be coming back with any future dry cleaning needs.

I was in town for a funeral service and needed my sport coat cleaned. I had already been to 2 other local cleaners but they couldnt get my coat cleaned by noon the next day. Fortunately, I happened upon the Red Hanger Cleaners on 29th and Washington who said they could have it ready by 10am the next day. That made me very happy! The staff answered any questions and "shazam" they had my coat done on time! Thank you Red Cleaners!

Ever since the day I walked into Red Hanger - Ogden the service has been professional and helpful. Between Matt, Ronne and the Assistant Manager they have made sure that I was able to take advantage of not only the best savings but at the most convenience for me. WOW! I was a customer of Hoffman Cleaners for 26 years and had noticed the service and quality of work go down hill. After they laundered one of my suits instead of dry cleaning it, I am done! Butch Hoffman told me it was my problem and did nothing about it! I came here and was overwhelmed with AMAZING customer service by the manager who welcomed my business and valued me as a paying customer. So long Hoffman!

After trying several other cleaners, Red Hanger seams to get it right. They have courteous friendly people and I have not had any issues with any cleaning I have taken in. I believe that they are genuinely nice people. Thank you Red Hanger for taking such good care of your customers. It is nice to know there are business out there that care for there customers.
