I rated it ONE because you cant rate ZERO! We are new to town. Dropped a BAG FULL of dress and golf shirts as well as slacks. Had them apply light starch. The clothes came back fine. The cost is OUTRAGEOUS. Ive lived in big cities and small towns. Remote and metropolitan. NEVER in all my dry cleaning / laundry experience have I ended up paying this much!!! If you want to pay something close to $2.69 PER golf shirt and nearly $4 for a pair of Dockers...THIS IS YOUR PLACE!

Horrible customer service. VERY unfriendly, and I have not even picked up my items yet! They acted very put out when I came in. After I pick them up, I will not be back!
