I own a retail store, we carry a lot of surf lifestyle products, sometimes customers walk into our store with Starbucks products and clothing gets stained, when this happens, we take the product to be professionally cleaned and put the product back on the floor to sell in the same condition we received from the factory. On August 8th around 5pm, I dropped off a Brand new Adidas Jacket, with tags, to be cleaned at the RH located on 536 S. 200 W., the girl took my name and phone number, and told me the jacket would be ready the next day around 5pm. The next day I picked up the order as agreed, there were no questions or comments about the service I requested, the product and ticket numbers were correct, but she wrote my first name, my last name and the phone number wrong, once back at my shop, I realized the tags were missing, I called in to ask for the tags back and they said they had been disposed because they could not go into the dry cleaning machine anyways, I asked why did they not call me to ask about the tags, the girl laughed and told me it was my job to inform them that I wanted to keep the tags, I got frustrated with what I was being told so the girl transferred me to another employee who told me the same thing and took my information again to have her manager call me. About an hour later, I get a call from someone telling me they were the floor supervisor, I explained to her the same story and she promptly held me responsible for not telling them that I wanted to keep the tags, the ticket handed to me says nothing about what is done if something is accidentally forgotten in the pockets or if original tags are still attached to the product, she offered a refund for the service, which does me no good, all I wanted was my tags back, I realized this was going nowhere so I just hang up the call. My complain is simple, I gave them a product, worth $250, to be cleaned so I could put it back for sale on the floor, it was handed over in one condition and it was returned to me in another condition, missing original and irreplaceable tags making the product look like a return and diminishing the value of the product, when questioning about their processes they took no responsibility, instead they blamed me for their own incompetence and I am being forced now to sell the product at steep discounted price. I would like to also add that the jackets was not 100% clean when I picked it up. Some of the stains that were there before were still on it and no one informed me about that, so I lost and additional $14.05 including my time.

The pressing is terrible. I have a tag on my bag stating, "no crease in ladies pants". Every time I received my pants, theres a crease. I have called management numerous times about the problem with the creases in my pants. The pickup and delivery is good. Ive also received partial clothes and after a few days with a phone call finally get the rest of my order. Im not thrilled.

The service and the quality of cleaning are excellent. I recently sent some tied that were pretty badly stained and crossed my fingers. Two days later, they were cleaned and looked like new. I take all of my cleaning to Red Hanger.

I guess the first two reviews really say all about the quality of this place. From management down, the service is rude and curt to a point that is unbelievable. I will inform all family and friends to STAY AWAY.

I have always been treated well and felt like they do a great job. I dont live in Salt Lake but choose to take my dry cleaning there because they have always done so well by me.

This place will put holes in your clothes and never take responsiblity for it. The staff, PENNY, is very rude!!!!!!!!!!! I will never take my clothes here again.........
