Very nice and friendly staff. I had a rip in my homemade quilt so the lady said we can take it next door to get it fixed so the tear will not become bigger due to the washing process. The two stores worked together to fix and clean my two blankets. The only down side was they seem to be a little expensive. I paid $45 for a down comforter and a quilt. I am not sure what other places charge but this seemed high. also they never called to let me know when my stuff was ready. Other than those two things I am very satisfied and will use them in the future.

Ive used this business for the past 5-6 years. Owners are friendly, helpful, attentive to detail and prices are very fair for the services offered. Was amazed to see someone knock their service as this facility has the best customer service Ive experienced with a laundry in all my moves across the US. I wouldnt think of using any of the cleaners that only advertise their low prices as Rose Cleaners has the same prices with better people and better service.

VERY EXPENSIVE AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE Got 4 Items dry cleaned today, same day service. Over $16! Worst thing was it was a few dollars cheaper when I dropped them off but when I picked them up the original price had gone up $3. $16 For 2 shirts and 2 pants is way too expensive. I was forced to use them because my normal dry cleaner was closed. Will NEVER go back to this location.
