First complaint submitted Feb 27. Second attempt to contact March 10: After several times trying to inform the manager that a machine did not work properly (a few other customers also saw what happened and could confirm it was not working) and took my money, he ignored request for refund. Lost my business. *Update: 3/31/11: When I met with the manager, I began inquiring why he did not respond to my requests for refund which prompted the BBB to step in--they also requested background info on him which he did not respond to so his business lost ratings due to unaccreditation. He became increasingly hostile and resorted to name-calling saying I was being "narcissistic" and "elitist" instead of talking to me in a professional manner. I pointed to his refund policy and he just said "this is a self-serve" facility, but if so, then he should not post the refund policy if he acts in this manner. When I called him, he complained that I had a long-distance number (my cell phone is the only phone I have) and after stopping by and leaving the requests for refunds several times and no response, this is the only course of action I had. He taunted and closed the door on me and said he doesnt want me to use this place anymore. It is actually the opposite; I would never use a laundromat in which this is the treatment customers receive in problem resolution. I said I did not want to fight and he was just a bully the whole way through. Other customers who saw him thought he was rude and the things he said were uncalled for. I no longer want to talk with him or receive any correspondence with him. But I do not think highly of him and the way he runs things and treats customers. I was concerned this would happen if I met in person but I did not receive any response prior because he "did not want to waste 44 cents putting my refund in an envelope." He actually lost 10x that amount when he lost my business this month alone. If the situation were reversed, I would have understood and talked to him in a nicer way about how this could have been resolved instead of be condescending, waving "bye" in a taunting manner and using name-calling tactics to intimidate the customer. I have seen him talk angrily to other customers before so Im sure Im not the only one he has treated like this. If handing over the money but being hostile to me is what he considers resolved, then I had to follow up my report to the BBB because he was wrong in his actions and should not happen again in the future. He really does owe me an apology but I dont expect one from him because of his ungenerous and inconsiderate mentality. I rate him poorly among all businesses in Tucson.

I enjoyed coming here until tonight... I was folding my stuff on one of the tables when the overnight employee just came right up and without a word, pushed that table away from me, so she could continue sweeping the floor. Then she used the push broom to sweep a ton of dust right up next to my laundry hamper, which the kind that has holes in it. Im highly allergic to dust and she was covering my clean, folded clothes in a visible cloud of it so I asked her politely if she would mind waiting until I was done before continuing to sweep that area. She said to me, very rudely, "yes, I do mind" and had the audacity to continue sweeping into her dust pile, which was now about 2 inches from my basket. There is more, but you get the idea. Also, Ive overheard her verbally shaming another customer about how that person needed to grow up and quit living with roommates... this employee, Margarita, is rude, disrespectful and should not be allowed to speak to a business customers! Shes horrible and I have not been back to this laundromat since.

First off I like this place because it is open 24 hours and most laundry mats in Tucson are not open always. Second off they have a change machine inside which makes it easier if you dont have quarters you can put your cash is and get coins. Just like any other laundry mat people leave fabric sheets on the floor and other detergent like stuff. Ive never had a problem with any of the machines. (If you over stuff the washer duh it wont work). The washers and dryers look well maintained and Ive never seen any of them dirty when I put my clothes in, which believe me I check!

This is where the roaches come with the family. Can you say gross and GROSSSSSSSSS.... Very small place, the front loader did not work correctly, If I were you I would go somewhere else but here. Every time I walked out to my car someone would come up and ask for change, I told one I did not have any and he said well then how did you wash? This place is creepy!

It was very busy the day I was there from 12-3...Also there was a man working there. They have big machines and all the dryers are huge so drying is quick! It was clean and the air conditioning worked pretty good for having all those machines going.

Not a good deal- the 25 cent dryers dont work well and only run for 7 minutes. The washers are all really small. Its a total ripoff, and there were roaches. It was gross and unpleasant. Take your business anywhere else.

The change machine didnt work most of the time and one of the large washers stole my money. There was no answer when I called the laundromat number. There is no one on site. There are no restrooms.

Uh, I was washing my laundry obiviously but when I started to take my clothes out of the washier I found a huge disgusting looking COCKROACH!

The dryers suck dont ever EVER! GO THERE IF YOU WANT YOUR CLOTHES TO DRY!! go to coin less laundry on prince and flowing wells.
