I have been a returning customer for a long time and the quality has been decent. They recently lost a pair of slacks to my favorite suit. I have given them over four weeks to find them. The time has come that I dont have any more patience and they dont want to replace my suit. They offered to buy me a mismatched pair of slacks or store credit. I found out that they havnt even told the owner. Their reluctance to handle this promptly has earned them this review and no more returning business. The suit is now on sale for 50% off and they are still balking. It will be five weeks in a couple days and they may be recieving paperwork for small claims court soon.

Everyone was very professional and the service was excellent. Ive used this dry cleaner for the last three years after moving to Phoenix for a job and have never been disappointed. They have quick turn around and fair prices for what I bring in (normally my dress shirts and pants). I normally remember to remove my metal collar stays before having my clothes dry cleaned but on occasion I forget, but they always check and put them in a bag for me. The location is great since I take the 101 and the 60 to get to work and its super convenient for me to drop off and pick up on my way to or from work.

This place has very strange pricing. It feels like they just came up with a price thinking that my dress is the wedding gown. I went there with my dress that I purchased at the antique mall for $50 (white dress made of polyester). They quoted me over $450 for steaming it and clean some dirty spots (the dress is long and touches the ground, so the dirty spots are on the train). I went across the street to a different place. The other place offered me all the same stuff for $15.

BEST DRY CLEANERS IN TEMPE! Ive been taking my clothes to Prestine for nearly two years now. Please disregard the negative reviews about this dry cleaner.. those people must have been having a bad day. Prestine always has great prices and super friendly staff. I drive a good distance just to bring my clothes here. Give them a chance before trying other local dry cleaners in Tempe.

By far the best cleaners I have found in Phoenix. I have been taking my clothes here for the past 2 years and will not go anywhere else. I also got my wedding dress altered here and it turned out absolutely perfect! I recommend this place to everyone looking for the best quality and service!

I took my dress shirts to a dozen dry cleaners before I found Prestine Cleaners. They were the only ones who were able to get the "impossible to get out stain" clean from my business shirts! Theyre amazing. everyone is super nice and alway give me the best customer service! A+!

UNBELIEVABLE QUALITY!!! My white comforter was basically cream colored from how old it is. I brought it here and now it looks brand new and I couldnt be HAPPIER! GREAT service! BEST I have experienced!
