I love this place! I bring my sons to get their haircut every 2-3 weeks with these guys! Very family oriented place and they treat you amazing and their work is honestly the best. My #1 barber is Juan, weve been coming to him for years and will continue to. He is very patient and amazing with kids, but all the guys there are also very good. This shop has been here for years and am sure it isnt going anywhere. I always recommend them to family and friends if they want the best haircuts for a good price. Thanks for keeping my boys looking FRESH :)

I have been a resident of South Phx all my life and have had several barbers growing up. It wasn't until I came Upper Cuts that I was made to feel like one of the family. It is a family oriented establishment as they will put on cartoons to cater to the young ones. The new management is very customer service friendly. Besides the great service they also give one mean good cut!!! Stop by just to say hello!!!!

As a resident of south phoenix! ive been to alot of barber shops yet upper cuts alwayas has a little to almost no waiting line due to there fast and very friendly services. Along with having a very clean and donw to earth atmosphere this establishment also proveds a very professional image. I have and will continue to get my tappers here. Rated one of the best shops in phoenix hands down!

Looked like a nice place. Made an appt. walked in and there were tons of people. No where to sign in. No one said anything to me. So I sit down and 5 mins later they are making fun of white people. I was there to get my haircut and my sons. My wife is white. I was not going to sit there and listen to that. My son if half white.

Messed up my sons hair and manager still charged knowing what a horrible job.. No Shame.. Wasnt looking for a free haircut but I still had to take him to another barber who would fixed it.. Customer service is really important when you know your employee messed up dont go chargin full price for a horrible cut..

I drive from the East valley to Phoenix to get a haircut at Upper Cuts because they give the best haircuts in the valley. I recommend them to everyone.
