So glad I DID NOT rely on them to find my potential employer! I am not quite sure how I have had such a lackluster experience compared to all the other reviews, however I was left feeling underwhelmed and not helped in the least. This was first ever experience with a Personnel firm. From the very first phone call I was left disappointed after each (far and few between interaction). My initial phone call was fact finding and learning more about what they do. I spoke with Anna and she instructed me to fill out my resume online along with application and someone would contact me within 24-48 hours. Days went by and nobody reached out. I finally called back about a week later and Heidi answered. She apologized and asked me to come in for a face to face. Heidi was friendly and personable and I felt very confident about the potential for them to assist me. After that meeting Heidi asked me to email all my resumes to her and she would critique them and give me some feedback tips. That never happened. I emailed them and then had to reach out on my own again to inquire if she received them. She had, and stated that she has been looking for a good fit for me. Again, no mention or feedback on my resumes. A couple more weeks passed and I finally received a very vague and nondescript email stating she had someone who wanted to meet me for a PART TIME job. Well, by this time I had already been doing ground work on my own and gotten a great job offer. I explained this in my email and THAT was it. NO email back, no congratulations, no follow up AGAIN whatsoever. Having been a business professional for years I find this service to be so insulting. I would never recommend them to anybody and I now have a very poor opinion of these types of job placement services. How disappointing all the way around.

Renaissance has treated me well right from the onset of looking for a great job. They reached out to me and scheduled an interview very quickly. The staff was very helpful and friendly when I showed up for my interview. Kendall was my main point of contact there and she was very efficient, welcoming and professional! She provided me with a few options for placement and was very forthcoming about any concerns she thought that I may have. I told her that I did not want to be thrown into another accounting job and she made sure that my future job would have much more than that to offer. Kendall set me up with a job with the MOST WONDERFUL company!!! I have worked in law my entire life before I moved to Arizona and finding a job here had been so difficult. I worked in healthcare (corporate office), another staffing agency (corporate office), etc. and I was miserable! Kendall found me a job that matched my skill sets but also allowed me to expand on them with the possibility of moving up in the company. She placed me into a great atmosphere and with a wonderful team. I cannot be more grateful after such a LONG and grueling search. Months later and I am the happiest I have ever been. I had always been opposed to staffing agencies because the ones in the Northeast have left a bad taste in my mouth, however, Kendall and the Renaissance team have completely changed my perspective. They even reached out to me a few months after the Company had hired me on permanently, to make sure that I was being treated well. This was very thoughtful and kind. Above and beyond expectations.

My recent experience with RPG was top notch! From the moment I picked up the phone, I knew I was in good hands. Greeted by a friendly reception, the call was personable and informative. I was asked to stop in within the next few days for an on-site interview where I was quickly impressed with a warm, inviting atmosphere. It seemed like every person in the office was interested in working with me, and they all had a common goal of finding me the ideal position. Fifteen minutes into my interview, the recruiter had sussed out enough information of my work history and career interests to recommend two outstanding opportunities... Long story short... I ended up landing with one of those employers, and I am still very excited to make a splash as I continuously feel it is a great fit! The process was quick and painless, and my recruiter found the right balance of follow-up to remain engaged yet not overwhelming. At the end of the day, RPG made me feel like a desirable candidate and they treated me as such every step of the way! Renaissance Personnel Group is a great recruiting agency whose employees truly care about the people and companies they represent. My recruiter, John Marchica, met with me to understand my career aspirations, training, and experience and also introduced me to other recruiters in the office. (The recruiters meet daily to discuss candidates and open positions.) In a day when most companies use computers to review resumes, they added a personal touch and were able to assess qualities that a computer could never detect. John checked with me on potential opportunities, suggested improvements to my resume, and kept me updated on the status with each potential employer. Im currently doing temp with a Renaissance client and am thoroughly enjoying the experience. The employer also told me that they trust Renaissance to find, interview, and place all of their temporary staffing needs. So, whether youre a person looking for work or an employer looking for qualified candidates, I highly recommend Renaissance Personnel Group.

I myself was not interested in any new jobs at this time, and so the recruiting rep asked if I had any friends in my field who might be interested in this role, and I again dismissed her since all of my engineer buddies are pretty much good, but when she mentioned she had a whole list of other types of jobs in a variety of fields and asked if I knew anyone in other fields interested she quickly grabbed my attention. I have many friends and family members who recently graduated from college or who were let go from their employers in magnitude of different fields looking for other potential opportunities. This rep seemed to really be interested in helping people out, and really wanted to extend her invitation to my networks of people looking for work as well. I found the rep I worked with to be very respectful, knowledged, and enthusiastic about trying to just help people out. Thanks a lot Courtney!

Laura and the Team at Renaissance are fantastic. I am based in Europe and needed some support with US hiring for the first time.
