I walked in and there was no one at the front desk. I sat down for 3 minutes and since there was no bell to ring, I knocked on the wooden table to get someones attention. Afterall, I could hear at leat 3 female voices coming from the back. Still I got no response. The front door rings a very silent alert bell when its opened. I opened it. Nobody came. I waited another 3-5 minutes and repeated opening the door (3 times) snd still no response. I could still hear the voices in the back and then there was movement. Apparently the meeting I walked in on was over and the receptionist came out. I was standing at the counter and she didnt even acknowledge my presence. She came in and walked back to the area shd just left to say something to one of her co-workers. She came back to the counter, still never even looking up at me, and proceeded to answer the phone and assist the person on the other end. Eventually Shannon, the receptionist, got around to me. I know her name, not because she introduced herself, but because I heard her telling the person on the phone. When she did make an attempt at a conversation, she mostly looked down at her desk. I was pissed at the shotty treatment. I went to the computer to do the online app and when the computer malfunctioned I just left. I got a Tuesday morning interview at another ageny. Forget this one.

I was with this company for over a year with years of experience in office work.I called constantly and all I got was we dont have anything,they finally call me for a job a month ago that had nothing to do with my experience on my resume. Basically labor .after trying to work at this job I couldnt take it no more.I left,then I was told by staff because I didnt complete the assignment that they could not work with me anymore. I really didnt care because they told me they had jobs with my experience in the beginning of the year But Never Called Me. I am glad they wont contact me ever because this is not a place I would ever go back to.

Horrible, they rescheduled me twice, the first day they called me when I was already on the road for my appointment, the second day I was scheduled for 10:30 they called me to come at 11:30, I got there and the door was locked, I waited in my car, 11:40 the door was still locked. I called the home office and they told me each office is part of the franchise with a different owner. I will never deal with this company again. Very rude to do this to someone. This was the Mesa office. I went to another agency and start work tomorrow.

Ive recently moved from Washington to Mesa, AZ a couple of years ago and I honestly would have no idea where I would be at in my life if it wasnt for this company. The staff is super friendly and helpful and the same goes for all the employees Ive had the pleasure of working with. If you have just moved into the Mesa area and you have no idea where to start looking for a job, Express is your best bet to help get you through it.
