You have repeatedly taken extra steps to understand our company’s business models and culture to find the perfect fit for our growing pains. You went to great lengths to help me define the companys needs and develop a job description to summarize what we were looking for. I was so behind that I knew I needed help, but didn’t know where we needed the help, or any idea on how to find the right person. We had tried Monster, KSL and Craig’s List before we found you. This was not only expensive, but time consuming and ultimately did not yield the result we were looking for. You took all of the initial interview phase away from us and only submitted qualified, serious candidates that would mesh well with our organization. The first time we worked with Recruiting Connection it was for an executive level position that you filled right away and made it seem effortless. The second go around was much harder. We were looking for an entry level candidate in a niche industry. Even after I had given up on finding the solution you were still behind the scenes slaving away in the middle of the night, texting neighbors and family members to network on our behalf, and even ran an ad to attract the perfect candidate for our needs. You truly went above and beyond for us and were not willing to take no for an answer. I remember the overwhelming feeling of gratitude last Thursday night as you came through for me with an answer in the eleventh hour. Thank you for being that company I can count on.

When I began the process of finding a new job I heard solid but somewhat scary advice that I should plan on six months to a year for the process. I knew I needed help to cut that time frame down. I was happily employed at another job when Charles reached out to me via LinkedIn. I was open and honest about where I was at, but Charles was persistent, in a good way, about just calling me in for an interview to see how I felt about a position he had available. He was very personable and I felt like he really understood what I wanted and what it would take for me to take the position he was proposing. After a few rounds of interviews Charles asked what it would take for me to just accept an offer and not even go back to my employer to counter. It was a different approach than I was used to, but it was one I admired because I knew Charles wanted me to be happy and get what I felt I deserved and he would go to battle for me. They deducted money, without my knowledge, for company expenses and I had to contact a government agency to recoup the money taken. I was a salaried employee, but was treated like an hourly employee when it benefited the company, in regards to sick time and vacation. Pass on Recruiting Connection and their business practices.
