Worked at this temp agency for 4 months at Sun Orchard, not only do you not get hired on after your 90 days, BUSTING BOOTY, and going into see if you can switch jobs when theyre AVAILABLE, and get told theyll give me a call within 3 days for the new opening. Nope, nothing. They WANT you at Sun Orchard because its the only place they have that makes you work 7 days a week, so her greedy flubber butt can profit off of it (Cindy). Different temp agencies that treat you with better respect, and 4 other temp workers always complained about being short on their checks. Sketchy place. Not too mention all the broken down equipment Sun Orchard has. Easy work if things were fixed properly, but hey, ran into one of the head mechanics at a restaurant drinking a beer on his lunch, tried hiding it, FRANK. Comes back to work giving me attitude because I needed help on the Massman and Columbia since I was the only person there that day. Oh yea, @ Sun Orchard, if Ramel takes a look at you and doesnt like you by appearance, they put you on the worst job to get you to quit your first day. Also very segregated, all the white people in the lab except for 1 person who can speak Spanish on all shifts, kept natives on one side, blacks on the other, Mexicans literally had the easiest jobs here. Crap job if youre a white person not in the lab.

Warning!!!!!! Please whatever you decide to do about a job with Intermountain staffing, read this first. I was working for Intermountain at Sun Oranard Juice Company and decided it wasnt going to work out there. I told Mrs. Cindy that. My pay was 10.00 a hour for a forklift operator. That week, I re-sign, I had 35.5 hours at 10.00 a hour makes my gross 355.00. I was given a check for 230.00 and told, since I re-sign, they pay me minimum wage for my hard work and time. This temp service is the worst temp service know to the hardworking Americans, trying to earn a living. Please try Kelly or Adecco, they truly appreciate and care about there temps. This company is ran by Mormans of Utah, Go figure, they enjoy f@@king down on there luck people.

Positive experience for me, I applied for a job through zip recruiter and was contacted very quickly by the Mesa Az Intermountain office. I came in to meet Melissa the next day and right after meeting her and filling out my paperwork, I went straight to an interview. The next day I was told their client wanted me to start working right away. They have been very quick to address anything I need and are very easy to get a hold of and work with. The people I have dealt with have also all been courteous and professional. Theres also 3 other people from Intermountain at the company Im working at and they also all seemed pleased with their dealings with Intermountain and the company that were working at.
