Terrible Customer Service. I went for an early haircut on a Saturday Morning. Barbershop was supposed to open at 9:00AM, About 10 minutes after 9:00 a female barber showed up, with her child, to open up. In the next 5 minutes two more barbers showed up and started setting up the shop for business - getting towels ready, etc. A little hint - This should be done before your scheduled opening time. At this point two of us were waiting for our haircut. Not a single employee said anything to me or the other customer waiting. The female barber then took her son and started to give him a haircut, instead of taking care of paying customers who were waiting there at the scheduled opening time. Then a third customer came in. The other gentlemen waiting let him know there was a sign-up sheet. He laughed and said "No matter when I come in I am next". Sure enough the male barber finished setting up and started talking to him (obviously a friend) and motioned him to the chair. That was when I left. This was my second time to this barber. The first experience was friendlier - but poor haircut. I will not be back.

so we moved to AZ last year and I have been upset that the barbers out here dont know how to do a fade. I am from New York (BX) and I expect nothing but a fresh cut. My husband took my son and my brother to these guys and I absolutely love the way they cut my sons hair. I love that they are from NY and that when I say fade or my husband my son didnt come out cut up. So I have officially found my sons barber and we will be loyal customers. Thank you for bringing New York out to AZ

I was gonna wait till my second haircut but I had to share my experience. It started out bad Im not gonna lie, only because the wait was incredibly long. I will say this though, I was greeted right when I walked in, my haircut is fantastic, I was thanked for coming in, and apologized to for the wait. Good customer service with good customer care, liberty barber shop deserves this 5 star review. They know their stuff but be prepared for a wait, but its far worth it. In my opinion.

Hair was done right - BUT barber walked away from my chair in the middle of my haircut - without saying a word - to chat on her cell phone. 5 min later, she came back. When I complained, she offered to ELIMINATE the hot towel and massage. I was here twice before and the cut quality was 4 star as was the service. The magnitude of pure rudeness was over the top for me!

Excellent place to enjoy a great hair cut and relax! This guy has being my barber and my kid for over 11 years. Great cuts, style, clean, just awesome. Freddy surrounded himself with great staff to meet his quality and profesionalism. Love the New York and antique style.....

Truly amazing! Im in the military and need a good fresh cut every week, and when Im away from base I come here. They give me a nice Razer fade with lather. Afterwards they hit me up with a hot towel and a little back massage. One of the best haircuts I have had.

LIBERTY BARBERSHOP BEST IN SURPRISE. Everytime I go in there I walk out with a smile on my face. The staff members know their stuff and the hot towel and massage is the best. If your looking for a great cut in surprise then check out liberty barbershop.

Was visiting from Boston and needed a cut, was truly amazed at the laid back attention to detail, the hot towel and massage is Freakin Pissa!!! Cant get this service in beantown at any price.....

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Weve been in a couple times and each time is over an hour wait, even if you get there right at 9am. Im guessing buddies go first. No apologies or trying to make it up.

Great spot for a cut as all the barbers are talented, i wish they had a military/student discount most places cut just as well for 20 bucks, expect to pay 25 for a basic male cut.

I had to wait too long and the price is high. For a shave and a haircut it was about 40$, which is pricey but they are good, no doubt about it! Price puts it at 2 stars

Long wait, but thats to be expected when the barbers are detailed in their cuts. Clean place with friendly staff. Prices are not bad either.

Ive never had a terrible haircut there they have some not the greatest Barbers but there are others that are very good.
