Barbers picking and choosing clients instead of going down list. I was told 1 hr when I got there. A customer came in 20 mins after we did, he and his son got serviced before we did. I kept seeing the barbers looking at the 3 page list, our names were on the topof the 3rd page, and they were picking whos hair to cut first. I approached one barber and asked him what the deal was on what they were doing. He got defensive about it and said not to cone at him like that because I was pissed. I told him I was going to report him to the BBB and he didnt care so we left. The owners daughter came out to talk to us and I explained to her everything and I even told her that barber was lucky I didnt beat the crap out of him. She said if it did, she wouldve understood with his attitude. I wouldnt recommend this barber shop to anyone. The barbers are rude and dont care about their clients time. Dont go there.

Barber was distracted with her phone, texting while cutting my sons hair for the whole duration. She would stop for minutes at a time to send out a text then proceed again, Very frustrating ! They shuffle down the list to who they want if you write the barbers name down on the sign in sheet, as we were skipped twice. Besides waiting a long time, the hair cuts were good but will not be going back as there are hundreds of barber shops in town that take my time and business more serious.

Sat there for 30 mins new barber walked in took him 20 minutes to set up. Then goes out side with the chick for 10 mins to grab towels and paper towels comes back in still not ready other guy walks out after them doesnt come back while the line still continues to add up. All while Im getting stared at cause im the only white dude in the place. Yup Ill never go back poor service. Didnt even greet when you open the door. You just get stared at like you stole something..

One of the worst barber shop Ive ever been to. I had a terrible experience from my recent visit 1/19/2012. The barber was rushing to cut my hair n was so rough when she was cutting my hair. And when she was about to do my line up her phone rang and she was on her phone while she was doing my line up meaning she was holding the blade n her phone at the same time. The haircut was very sloppy, I would never come here again even though its I live two blocks from the shop.

Came to get my sons first haircut. My husband has been coming here for years. Waited for over an hour & a half. The barbers kept shuffling the list & picking people that they knew & just playing favortism. It was a complete waist of time & HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. I thought it was going to be an amazing experience & it was a HUGE LET DOWN!!!!!!!

With a name like Phade City it would seem that they would know how to cut a Phade. My second time in this place and still unsatisfactory. Told them to phade me out with a number 1 on top and a half on the bottom. They decided to cut it all off! African Americans stay away from this place but all other people it seems they do a better job.

Has to be the best barbershop I have been to in a while. They got my cut just like I wanted it and the customer service was fantastic. The atmosphere in the location is not the best but the workers are so friendly and funny that it makes up for it. The only negative is that it is a tab bit overpriced.

They give good hair cuts and all but gosh isnt the service horrible. Right when you think youre going to get cut they sneak in a head from the back, had me waiting almost 3 hours was ridiculous. Its either Abel or the Fat Lard in the back of the shop responsible for it.

Good haircuts but a bunch of children working, got there at 915am only one waiting. Two barbes, one Barber cut two heads than sneaks in another head from the back of the shop, other Barber took more than one hour on some 6 year old kid, while 3 people waiting.

Been a customer for a few years now and was always in and out, but today I waited over two hours my name was on the list and I was still getting skipped I left and didnt even get a haircut... unacceptable
