I moved to Arizona from California because I was told that I would be on a solar job for 8 months. 2 weeks into the job, the solar site switched contractor companies so everybody needed to be re-assigned. I tried to contact my recruiter Michael Holsapple to figure out why I hadnt received a call-back. (I was always early to the job site and the only day I missed was pre-determined when I started, I also worked my butt off every day I was there!) it turns out he "was no longer with the company". Now, I could not get back to work and ended up finding another job, but thats ok because its full time and WAY better. But the kicker is, my "assignment" ended 2 weeks ago and I STILL havent received my final check! I have been calm and understanding through this whole process, even when I was told that my check was mailed out last Thursday and if I dont hear anything by the end of the week to call in again. But today I get told a long story with the end result being that I will be able to get my check next Wednesday at the earliest! Are you serious!? How unprofessional can you be!? I did my part by making you look good to the company who was your client, now DO YOUR PART and pay me for my time without making me jump through hoops, and without making me late on my bills. Because I promise you they dont care if Aerotek screwed up and they dont want to hear "it could take up to 10 days"... So now Im waiting to see if I really will get my check like Aerotek says I will... If you are thinking about taking a job for them my advice is keep looking, you are better than that.

Yes Aerotek Is A Great Place If You Are Looking For Employment. BUT If By Any chance your recruiter APRIL KASOWSKI i suggest you request a new one. She does not help you at all, ALL recruiters help you with your timesheet and how to fill it out but she didnt help me one bit. All my colleagues told me there recruiters emailed them the links and she didnt help me as i was emailing her all week for the link and she tells me the last day my timesheet is due (or i wouldnt get paid for the week) to get it from my trainer and my trainer had no idea what i was talking about. So i had to get the information on my own. Shows that shes not doing her part. LAZY! And she emailed me this morning while on my way to work that they ended my contract for the company i was working for and she was so RUDE about it!! She has no feelings at all. Like i just lost my job!! She had no sympathy, i am requesting another recruiter, she is the worst one ive worked with so far. She makes Aerotek look bad as a company and i know Aerotek is an Awesome company and i hope my next recruiter isnt as bad as her. Okay Rant Over. Overall Aerotek is a great company just has a bad egg they need to get rid of.

Bewrae of these people. They never answer their calls and dont care what kind of working conditions you are subject to, hazardous or not! Dan Berras was my rep and got me a job at Williams Scotsman in Phoenix. Williams Scotsman treated us like crap and had us working in trailers in 115 degree weather, using a propane tank and a torch to get up linoleum. I could barely breath from the fumes and Williams Scotsman would not supply a respirator other than a dust mask. When I informed Dan Berras at Aerotek about what was going on, he took like 3 weeks to return my call after I hounded him non stop. He said he would talk to the manager (Bob Rogers of Williams Scotsman) and nothing was ever done to fix the problem. Dan Barras eventually got moved to a higher position in Aerotek and his replacement was a woman named Athena who was just down right rude and full of herself. All they care about is you making them money, they dont care if you lose your health in the process. Beware of these lowlives at Aerotek. This is exactly whats wrong with this country today. The big corporations do not care about you or your health.

fking a these people are class acts. If you want to get p.o , annoyed and bsed with then drop these guys a line or just hit the send them your resume and youll be on your way. The recruiters have no knowledge of the clients theyre recruiting for and then when they "interview" you for the position be ready for someone who is going to try to sell you on a bunch of lies, theyre going to run through the information so fast(for whatever the reason they did this , I do not excuse) that you wont be able to remember any of it and throughout the entire call you will feel like youre talking to a 12 year old.. These people are honestly nothing but leaches and are sucking money from people who are doing work. I would not recommend these people for any future use.

I have worked with Aerotek a few years now. I owned my own company for years and decided I needed less stress and wanted to focus on doing the best job I knew how as a trained engineer. I worked for Aerotek in Oklahoma for a few years and decided it was time to move to the sun and sand in Arizona. I contacted Aerotek in Tempe, AZ and was greatly impressed with the commitment and expertise of the staff. They matched my talents with a forward moving company in the area and I realize I now have the job of a lifetime. I have been with this company for two and a half years now and enjoy coming to work everyday. Aerotek has supported me throughout this endeavor and I must say that without them it just wouldnt have happened. Thank you so much Aerotek!

i had several interviews with zach hudson/interview was good with dairy job/aerotec called me two times.telling me they would call me back within a few hours ,they called and gave me a test and said HR mgr would call me within that day and they liked me/ the hr mgr of the dairy came to aerotec and said she would contact me to talk about a job offer/ I have 53 years as a equipment tech,many certs BA in mech eng,also a journeyman machinist also ref letters, none of my calls are returned the secratary will only put me on mr hudsons phone mail/ do they have a mgr thao looks over the recruters? this agency is the most unprofessional people i have ever delt with/I will always remember as I explain to others , how i was treated it sucked/////

Waste of time! An agencys client relationship is what sells you on going through their process. I was told, by the recruiter their purpose isnt creating opportunity. Yet, without people to fill the job order, the billable hours are "zero" and soon you wont have a reason to get out of bed and come to work because you wont have a job! Nice people. Industry knowledge wasnt there and the internal process wasnt seamless. Heard decent things about Areotek, but overall they did not produce and would not use them as a reference for other in network professionals.
