I had an incident where I felt highly disrespected at the Crisp Cutz Barbershop in Tempe, Arizona. The shop closes at 5 PM on Saturdays but they lock their door at 4:30 PM. When I arrived two minutes after they locked the door and asked if I can get a haircut, one of the barbers (whose name I wont mention) said I either "pay double or no haircut". I knew it was my fault for arriving late but of course, I refused and left the shop while the barber locked the door once again. Before I got to my car he reopened the door and asked me if I "just ran my mouth" to which I replied "no, I didnt, but if I did, its a free country". I would like to point out that there is more than one sign inside of the shop that prohibits the use of profanity or curse words of any sort by the customers or employees. The barber was upset by my statement so he found it appropriate to use both profanity and offensive language against me, before he took off his barber uniform and asked me if I wanted to fight. Notice, up to this point I havent used any offensive language or initiated any physical altercation, I was not even upset, I merely felt disrespected at the fact that he was trying to take advantage of his time and my money at my expense.The two other barbers had to rush outside, hold him back, and make sure he went back inside. The owner apologized but I told him they just lost a customer. Personally, the only place I get a haircut is the Crisp Cutz on Broadway, this will be my last time visiting their shop. I still wish them all the best but they will no longer be getting any business or recommendations from me.

The barber who cut my hair (first chair) was great. Perfect fade and line up. The one who cut my sons hair the first time (second chair) was pretty awful. My son had cuts/scratches all around his head which I thought was odd since weve never had that happen before and when we got home I realized his front line was lopsided. Came back a second time and had the barber who did my hair cut my sons and it was MUCH better. No cuts or scratches whatsoever and his line up was perfect. I would definitely recommend the barber in the first chair to anyone.

I came in for a walk-in today and to say I was pleasantly surprised would be a drastic understatement. Sean gave me the best haircut of my life and Id recommend him to anyone. Its a good friendly atmosphere in the store, and the employees are fun and polite. The cost was surprisingly low for how much attention he paid to my hair, and I really appreciated that he took his time to make it perfect, even though the cut was done quickly and professionally. I would recommend this venue to anyone looking for a great mens haircut at an awesome price.

One thing I hate is going into a barbershop where there are two barbers but one working. I came in and have a flight to catch and because of the reviews I decided to come in. My mistake! I walked in and one barber was finishing up while the other was just getting started. I signed in after being greeted promptly and one of the barbers left while having two Clients out on the floor. I have no choice but to wait here because of my flight coming up. I will never come back I did wait to rate after my cut was done. Shave was good though

I found Sean and Polo through Yelp when I needed a last minute haircut for a business trip back in August of 2012. The best haircuts I have ever had. I have never gone back to my old guy since and I never will. Love the attention to detail, the razor and the consistency. Every time an excellent cut. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a great Barbershop.

Clean hair cuts at a good price. This professional atmosphere still provides a warm and welcoming environment. The 2 man operation provides personal attention and allows for a wonderful business to consumer relationship. Its alright if you like other people wasting your time. The cut is legit. Could be better with the amount of damn time they spend on it. Too busy talking, telling stories about their personal life. Like nobody cares? Strip club? Cool. We all heard of it. Just finish the cut.

My God does this place take forever 2 hrs to get a haircut I could of got 2 diff haircuts from 2 diff places in that time. I will never come back here they lost my business and I would not recommend this place to anyone!

Got tired of Super Cuts being hit or miss. Decided to try Crisp Cutz out and I was not disappointed. They pay attention to detail and arent sloppy with the cut. Definitely will be returning for more haircuts.

Excellent haircut. Costs $16 for a mens haircut, with included razor shave around the hairline. Went for a walk-in, and waited for about an hour. Make an appointment to avoid long waits.

If youre someone who likes to stay freshly faded then you need to go see Sean at C & C... Coming from Chicago I take my fades very seriously and Sean always comes correct

Great attention to detail. Appointments are on time and haircuts are in a timely manner. Coming from Philly Sean is the best Ive seen outside of there.

Real good high fade from skin to 2 guard plus razor line up for 16 which is a good price for a quality fade.. id recommend it if your in the tempe area...
