Owner is shockingly arrogant and disrespectful. The shop itself is unsanitary. If you call to find out the wait time and he tells you he can get started right away dont believe him, he lied to me about this (told me there was no wait and when I came in there were 3 people in line ahead of me) I did nothing to incite his rude behavior. When I called and asked what time he closed he told me to "use google better", despite his hours being different from those shown on Google. When I came into the store and asked politely how long it would be until it was my turn, he was arrogant and rude, making a big deal out of me "not knowing who he was" and then ordering me to sit down and wait. At that point I was really fed up with his behavior and left without getting the haircut.

I took my son here because Rays was closed. We walked in, sat down, no greeting of any kind. No big deal. Waited a while, then I used the restroom. It was absolutely disgusting. If they cant spend 5 minutes every day to keep their restroom clean, I doubt they spend any time cleaning their combs, scissors, and trimmers either. I dont want their barber tools anywhere near my kids head or face. I exited the restroom, motioned to my son, and walked the length of the place to the front door. Never got a peep out of anyone there. Im gonna stick to Rays from now on.

Roman is a great Barber. I was hesitant getting my hair cut anywhere else besides my usual barbershop in Tempe, but Roman did an excellent job. I didnt have to wait too long and once I was in the chair he started. The quality of the cut was great too. Hes been cutting hair here for over ten years so this guy knows what hes doing. If you are looking for a barber near ASU, then Roman is your guy. I know hes my guy for the next couple years!

Can cut alright hair, but is a hack and will try to charge you more for your haircut. Roman doesnt honor his prices and every time I go he tries to charge extra even after charging his .50 cents extra to use a debit card even though its only a very minimal charge that he gets charged. Just make sure hes not trying to screw you over. I would not recommend going there and its always hot cause hes too cheap to turn on his air too.

Im not sure what the previous reviewer is talking about. Ive been going here for haircuts the past four years and have received a great haircut every time without every getting my skin cut. Theyre always quick and friendly, and they recognize and chat with the regulars. Im also not sure why its in an issue that they speak two languages while cutting your hair...

I have been going to Cut Rite Barbers for over three years and even though I have moved to Phoenix, I still make the trip to Tempe because Roman does an excellent job on my hair. It is a great atmosphere and everyone is very friendly and there is always great conversation. Roman supports the troops and as a father of an Army Captain that is a good feeling.

Avoid this barbershop. Arrogant and rude barbers. While I was trying to explain to the barber how I wanted my hair cut he said "just let me do my job". He ended messing up my hair, and so I refused to tip and he got upset about it.
