Not impressed. Very disappointing experience with the AppleOne in Tucson. Two years ago, I signed on with the AppleOne in Boulder and had a couple of great assignments there. One very long one that kept being renewed with the City of Boulder. When I moved to Tucson this month (July 2017), I contacted the Tucson office and spoke with “Heather”. We discussed my background and interest in part-time temporary jobs. She said she would be able to transfer all my information within the AppleOne system and we scheduled a time to meet. When I arrived for our meeting today, I was told that I had to redo their VERY long online application and they needed to redo my 3 references because my information did not transfer from the Boulder office. I could not be considered for any assignments until this was redone. This didn’t make sense to me so I called the Boulder AppleOne and confirmed that all my information is still in the AppleOne system and can easily be transferred. Heather then also informed me that AppleOne in Tucson does not do any temporary assignments - only “temp to hire” and direct hire positions. Not sure what was really going on here. BIG waste of time

I agree with others here about the negative experiences working with the Tucson office of AppleOne. I have been signed up with them (and employed as a temp for their clients) for several years. I regularly update my availability status, as they have suggested. I have replied to their direct in-house recruiters for specific jobs. There was No response, not even an auto-reply or personal "thank you" email, with one simple, professional response of acknowledgement. I wrote to Every One of the counselors (whom I knew) and their office management about my experiences and asked for some reply. There was nothing. There was No Reply at all from their managers. I have always had great reviews from their customers where I had been assigned to work on behalf of Tucsons AppleOne. If you are looking for a job or are new in town and want to cover your employment options, it could be wiser to look else.

I contacted Apple One in Tucson recently about an office position. I have been living in Europe for the past seven years - and am now returning to the USA. I was told by Apple One in Tucson that I would not be considered for any type of employment because I do not have 6 months of recent work experience - even though I have 24 years of professional work experience. I contacted the head of Human Resources for Apple One. She never replied to me. What happens when someone has been laid off and has been unemployed? Too bad for you, huh? Heres the email I sent to the head of HR at Apple One. ______ I would AVOID APPLE ONE Employment agency at all costs. They are unprofessional.
