SAVE YOUR $ and SAVE your CHILD! DONT GO HERE! Yes, I heard they are better than most too! THEY ARE NOT ! If they are, thats scary . Money is most important here. Inexperienced "teachers" is what you get. Mostly there are just "staff" that has little to no education and cannot be left alone with the kids. Any teachers they hired with more experience didnt stay more than a month! LOW value for what youre paying, they asked for more money 3x within 4 months while addressing none of my concerns! There is no reinvestment in this old , old building, safety issues, electric outlets not working and staff openly talking about corporate passing the buck.. 3 directors in 2 years.. revolving door for teachers and staff.. incidents daily with staff.. they do NOT address your concerns no matter how many sit down meetings you schedule. No matter how well you detail the problems! You get only the run around. And charged more money while your child goes backwards .. regresses because they have yet to get a teacher for more than a couple months in the TWOS classroom . My 2.5 yr old has been going here for a year and a half.. the toddler 1 and toddler 2 rooms have excellent, established teachers (Mary and Rose). (Alas, even they must take time off once in awhile) Although there were problems regarding administration and the revolving door of teachers, at least these two teachers were consistent and had a loving bond with the children, creating structure and experiences that produced results! ( They also have 2 of the only 3 enclosed rooms in the entire school. The other enclosed room is for infants.. ) However, as SOON as your child needs to move to the TWOS room, on his 2nd Birthday , forget it.. first was a teacher who "volunteered" to be in there..you could clearly see she hated it. Didnt even pretend to comfort your child on drop off! In fact he screamed and tried to squeeze himself between the floor and the partition to escape while the "teacher" did nothing. I was told the two year olds being the age nobody wants to be with? Yes, I was told that.! 10 teachers later (since 10/2016) and still , there is NO permanent teacher in the Twos room.. despite the promises and new hires .. No toilets in the room for toilet training to prepare for next level up. The kids are lined up outside their room in front of a boys and girls toilet with ONE teacher while they run every which way .. do you think La Petite could spring for some helpers!? NO! They are maximum ratio but insist they do more, teach more, and are more... NOPE !! That is far from the reality!! A file cabinet is the partition that separates the 2s room from another open space where children are taught.. it is extremely noisy everywhere! There is NO extra help, and no way of summoning help when the teachers need a break, or go to the bathroom themselves.. they have to shout all the way to the front office staff! Even in an emergency!! (Cause there is not enough staff and they refuse to hire more) When kids are on the playground there is not always water available even though its mandatory.. if kids need to go potty they must wait!! Why? Because there are not enough teachers to take them in and still remain with the other kids! They stay in soiled diapers till they are raw! Over and over.. this is a big problem!! communication is sorely lacking in every area! When medication is to be applied it doesnt happen because only one teacher knows and they dont communicate this important info about your child to any other staff who may take over for them at break or when they leave They say they have structured curriculum. Thats a joke.. they are to chaotic to ever begin. Busy changing diapers and standing in the hall. my child has suffered.. and this is just a small sampling of the horrors that go on in this chaotic, unprofessional "school" that poses as being excellent, writes a good description of their curriculum and values, but does not come close to implementing any of it..not in a year and a half so far!

My toddler has been attending this daycare since December 2014. Five incidents in the first three months where my kid got scratches and bruises on his face, neck and back. When asked the teacher in turn and other personnel no one ever knew what had happened. This has stopped, but last incident happened yesterday. My kid has pink eye and was ordered antibiotic eye drops for a week. Since they have to be administered three times a day we asked them if they can put the drops in his eyes after his nap . We filled an authorization form and I started leaving the eye drops in its box everyday. Yesterday when I when to pick up my son they gave me the box back WITH ANOTHER KID"S MEDICINE IN IT!!!! So only God knows what we put in my sons eyes last night. Im going to check his eyes with an specialist and I swear if theres any problem, Im going to sue this place for everything they have. When I brought these to their attention this morning they only said; Sorry about that! nothing else. DO yourself a favor a take your children to a better place.

My Kids have been coming to this day care for almost 3 years now in the past they increased my charges to the point where i almost switched daycares because i was paying more than rent but i didnt care because the people were so amazing and you can really tell they genuinely cared for the kids , however corporate is now relocating the individuals whom make this place the best day care in Tucson. I personally feel like they should be hiring the right people from the beginning vs relocating the individuals whom already have established a personal relationship with each and every customer at this location. and because i care so much for my kids and feel like i should be able to have this type of relationship with the individual caring for my child i give this location one star because as these new people come in with the exception of a staff member named Mindy i feel that this location is hiring more individuals whom focuses more about the business end vs the customers.

This day care allows the teacher Mr. J.j. in the school age room to grab your kids by the finger and pull them to the carpet when they are try to put a piece paper in there back. He also likes to the kids outside in the heat and not take them inside when they crying that its really hot out he also does not let them use the restroom when they are outside he would rather let them have an accident instead letting them use the restroom when they ask and when you have a complaint the head guy Jon does nothing about it when you ask him if he reviewed the video of the cameras there he will not cause does not Care about the wellbeing of you children he only cares if he is getting his money.

Ive had a wonderful experience at La Petite. Ive had both my children in there. my son who is now 13 and now I have my 3 year old daughter. when Ive asked for things they have listened and respected my wishes when it came to my daughter! the teachers and directors and asst directors have all helped in providing excellent care to my daughter and understood when I told them she had never been away from me and would have a hard time getting use to it...I send a big thank you to all the staff at La Petite on Ft.
