At the begginng the owner sylvia is very nice and welcoming but after having my child enrolled at this facility i began to notice all the down falls about it. 1) Shes OVER PRICED!! $220 a week you child could be @ adventure on valencia for that price!! 2) ITS FILLTHY!!! the carpet is blacker then ashfault! The walls have black stains all over the place. 3)NO ROOM!! The place is soo small poor kids have no room to play! 4) The daycare is extrealy unorganized they mix the kids off aaalll ages together she says there seperated but the are not! Her office looks like a tornato hit it papers scattered eveywhere! 5)Her daycre teachers are always texting on their phones n leaving the children unattended not paying attention letting the other big kids tell the little ones what to do bossing them around yelling at them! 6) shes costantly leaving the biilding allowing other people who are not even lisined run the ficility and take care of your childern! 7) LOVES TO STEAL YOUR MONEY!!! I made the horrible mistake of keeping my child enrooled for 6 moths n heres how she does it:never expects and kind of payment expect for CASH! Does not give out and recipts untill the end of the month what she calls an "invoice" all its states is the total amout of tuition for the month and nothing more!! Supposably she has elephant memory and memorized every parent that comes in and pays cash SHE DOES NOT!!! not to mention i asked for all my other "invoices" and she lost them!!! DO NOENROLL YOUR CHILD HERE YOU WILL REGREAT IT!!

My two sons have been attending for almost three years and i have never had any issues with this childcare i have taken my sons to adventures on valencia and also el rio childcare they dont care for your child like sylvia and her staff... And also my child was separate from The older children till he turned 3... Maybe not at the end of the day when it was already 530 and close to closing time and most kids are gone... Some of these reviews people are giving are so false... When you walk in sylvia has the prices posted on her wall so idk how someone could be over charged! Sylvia is a great lady and caring i would recommend her childcare to anyone looking and especially for parents looking for reasonable price... I also cannot wait till my 10 month old turns one years old because he will be attending her childcare as well!

The staff was and there for me being a single mother is hard and I can say they are a daycare I definitely can rely on and plus they make sure you feel that you matter. My son really likes them and he enjoyed his first day.
