The guy scratched my bumper while loading my car up. I asked him about it on the way to the dealership where he was taking me and he shrugged it off. My boyfriend met me at the dealership so he could talk to him about it and he took absolutely NO responsibility and said it was there before he loaded it up. I have pictures of the scratch and you can clearly see it was from his equipment. We told him we were not going to pay and he became irate, even telling my boyfriend to shut his mouth, and told me if I didnt pay he would impound my car. Asked for a supervisors number and he couldnt provide one saying "I am the company". DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY HE IS A LIAR AND COMPLETE JERK.

I am really impressed by the affordable price, and the timeliness. I called other towing services and they were too high, but I called Phoenix, and they were at the location of pick-up when they said they would be. Great service.
