Hydro-Temp installed 3 geo-thermal units in my in-laws home in 1984. The house is a little over 5000 sq ft and never had a utility bill that exceeded $400. Fast forward 33 years and we had hydro-temp replace all three units based on the efficiency and longevity of the original units. Thank you Hydro-Temp!

Do not buy this product. You can not get it repaired without a palm pilot that Hydro Temp will not sell you. My system has been down for 2 weeks while I search for a palm pilot that will download their diagnostic program. 7 year old unit is basically useless now
