The place is good but I have only been going a few times yet I have bumped into some very disrespectful members (one member used my bench to place all of his gym items WHILE I was clearly using it! And there are people who are always just doing whatever they want in the TIMED circuit rooms.) This isnt regulated enough by the staff and since there are more members now, it is quickly declining in quality. They dont have fitness bands, an wheels, jump ropes, or soap in their showers but I suppose this was all expected. I am overall satisfied but just wish people had common courtesy. The place is pretty good but just expect this kind of environment eventually. Edit 1 (6/16/15): I have t-mobile and the signal I get here is almost always near zero, so I questioned about WiFi and they said it would be coming "soon". Do not expect to be able to call or use WiFi calling here. Only place I get decent signal is by the stretching room.

I been a member for about 2 years now. So far, I have gone to the PF in South Gate, Downey and now Alhambra. The Alhambra location is big. There lots of space great atmosphere. I always get a good workout and leave feeling like wonder woman. However, theres a young man on the front desk named Mark. I understand Mark, you do not speak any other language besides English. But please make an effort to reach your customers instead of simply refusing to help and rolling your eyes because of language barriers. Smile. Use positive facial expressions and hand gestures. Other than that. Awesome gym.

About a week ago my fiance and her little sister were working out on the other side of the entrance. And this creepy guy was looking at this random girl that was next to my fiance. Next thing you know he starts walking to her takes off her headphone and says "I just wanna say good night" the girl looked shocked and scared. That same night my fiance told the assistant manager what happen. The very next day the assistant manager tells my fiance they banned him from the facility. Now I can feel safe for my fiance to go alone with her sister when I dont go.

Having very bad experience with them. Lots of conditions and laws were not clearly told by the day for signing up. We counsel several times but they didnt let us know the exact rules to become a black member. I didnt mean to find fault but just feel bad about their neglect for training their staff to clarify clearly to their prospective members. The facilities and everything are fine, but not their attitude in terms of not paying any responsibility and apology for their neglectance. Feel very very sad about this. Even dont want to go anymore.

Great spot been going for a few weeks now and I really am noticing results also side note I just went to the planet fitness on Florence and Alameda because I was close by and I gotta honestly say this one is way better great staff very clean 8 out of 10. You guys should seriously teach Alameda how to up theyre game! And also the Black Card Membership is totally worth it the perks are amazing and worth the extra 10 bucks

I have been to this location a couple of times. Its clean, nice, friendly staff, and has a bunch of equipment. But I just really wanted to say to the owner of planet fitness that they should open a new location in Eagle Rock, Los Angeles where fresh and easy was at. I think that would be a prefect spot for a gym. And since I have a membership with planet fitness I just thought that you should look into it.

They need to do something about the quantity of invites members take to the gym per visit. Ive tried to do my work out at night but its so packed and i see members bringing up to 4 friends at once. I am a member and it looks like the only time i can work out its at 3 am. Lower the amount of guest members take to the gym so US paying members can enjoy it. Everything else its fine.

Only one problem, if you have to transfer locations the website does not work. It ask silly questions like whats the zip code for the club you currently joined. Wasted an hour trying to relocate and no one was able to help. This has resulted in me canceling my membership. Been with planet fitness for three years it sucks that the franchise is like this. It should be easier.

This is a great gym! The staff is very nice and the facility is VERY CLEAN! I have the membership that allows me to bring guests in and it has worked wonderfully. The massage table and chairs are awesome ! It does get crowded around high traffic times, but other members are considerate for the most part and will accomidate if you make your needs known :)

They need more stair climbers. Always a wait and then one breaks down every month and takes days to fix. Hand sanitizer isnt always stocked and I dont see as many employees cleaning machines as there used to be. Sometimes at peak hours, the trash is overflowing. Glad its 24hrs and cheap but thats really it for the pros.

PF Alhambra is a tidy gym, affordable, clean lockers, huge parking lot, friendly staff and free tootsie roll. Lol. Although it gets a lil crowded (M-W) but not as worse compared to the Mid-town branch. The gym goers are quite friendly and there are some good looking women as well.

Place is great to get a workout. Only downside is its usually very packed unless you go towards midnight. But thats the only downside. Machines are brand new, plenty of them to use. Even if there is a machine not open you would like to use, you can get on another and workout.

Ive been in LA fitness Alhambra and Fitness 19, but this place is quite relaxing to work out. You could focus doing my routine, without seeing guys with egos. Im seriously got more gains when I started to work out here. I highly recommend this place, than any other gym. :)

I signed up today, Im so excited to start coming to this gym. Very clean Facility, friendly staff. I love the Massage beds and the Tanning, will defenetly use them. Also there is plenty of parking!!! PT is included on the membership, cannot get better than that

Yes the place is much cleaner than the local 24 hr fitness, better ventilation, more machines except for the stair climbers, limited on the free weights compared to 24 hr fitness but has lots of cardio machines and staff is definitely nicer than 24 hr fitness

I use to go to LA Fitness but this is 100x better, VERY clean. the only problem is it gets really crowded in the afternoon on weekdays but theyre 24 hours so you can just go another time which is great. the staff is very friendly too. great place! love it!

Great gym. Lots of different machines so you can vary your work out and come out of there feeling like the hulk!! Nice clean restrooms. And the gym is usually not crowded. I like to get in get it on and be gone!!
