These guys get the job done. After doing some research with other new and used companies, I was really impressed by their level of service, attention to detail and most of all the quality of their products. I felt like the sales guys are top notch - really knowledgeable, not pushy and understood my needs as a gym owner. The service workers and customer service reps were on board too. When I visited their facility, I was really impressed with the entire operation. My equipment arrived on time and in perfect condition. My follow up experiences with UGE have been just as good now that the deal is done. Dont hesitate to use these guys.

Amazing facility and Amazing products. After touring the refurbishing process and seeing all the finished machines waiting in the staging area for other customers shipments, I was sold. My order went smooth. My product looked and worked like new. Taking the tour and seeing hundreds of finished product is what convinced me to write the check to Used Gym Equipment Company. Just take the tour and you will be convinced.

Take it from an insider...they cut corners at every opportunity. Everything from reusing hardware to not replacing sprockets on Stairmasters to applying new paint and calling it refurbished. Avoid this company and find a better and more reputable refurbisher!

We just ordered full gym equipment form this company. I was a little sceptical but I have to say they are a classy place. The customer service was fantastic and We got all the equipment on time. I will buy from them again in the future.

Well, Ive sent three requests for pricing (using their online form) on a rack of dumbbells, and so far Ive received not one answer. I guess they just dont want to sell anything.
