I rarely write review unless I almost it is a duty for others to be aware. My husband just moved to Aliso Viejo this year and we use dry cleaning service very frequently. I like the location and despite the bad reviews I feel I would give them another try even my very first visit was not all pleasant (which I dont even want to mention here). It turns out it was a very bad idea. Last week, my mom helped me drop off a few items as we were out of town. She also had a blouse to be cleaned. She mentioned to the staff there were a couple of spots might need some extra treatments, and the staff replied, oh, we cant guarantee it would come off. My mom said she just wanted to make sure they notice it and at least try to get it off. They were so rude and defensive, just throw the clothes back at her saying, why dont you clean it somewhere else. It was very unpleasant and humiliating experience, I felt so bad for my mom and I cant go back to the place anymore but really want to just to ask them to apologize to my mother. No customer deserves to be treated this way as if they are lacking some basic business ethics and dont know how to even treat other human beings with respect. How can they even be in service business???

Before you leave anything here, get the price. I was shocked when I picked up my cleaning and alternations! Their prices are sky high and completely unreasonable!
