So, I had a cocktail dress that I took here and it was beaded on the neckline and on the straps. I asked them to dry clean i, but to focus on a few stains that were on the front part of the skirt. They had me sign a peice of paper saying that anything that happens to beads is not their fault basically, so I signed it otherwise they wouldnt provide their services. When I got it back I looked to see if the stains were gone, which it seemed liek they were, plus I was in a rush so I didnt check it out thoroughly. In fact, I didnt even take it out of the plastic wrap. I said thank you and left. When I got home I didnt check it out. I finally looked at it, 3 days later as I have started packing for my vacation. Man on man!! Did they F*** up my dress. All the beads are gone and the threads are loose and look like spaghetti all over the neckline. I am soooooooo upset. I cannot even begin to explain how I do not understand how anyone could be so careless and not even WARN me that something like THIS could happen. This disaster makes the stains on my dress look like nothing. I really, really sincerely wish I didnt take it there. I know they wont do anything about it, although I will try in the morning. Such incompetence! I cannot believe how much they ruined my beautiful dress. This is not the first time they have been careless BTW, but it is the first time they have ruined a garment to the POINT that I dont think I can repair it. I just got done sewing on new buttons for a 100% silk top they ruined all the buttons on. I took another shirt there ( black and white polka dot 100% silk) and the black bled all over the white, and when they tried to fix it for me, they were so rough, the garment was thinning out and it was borderline torn! I think it is VERY safe to say that I have exhausted this dry cleaning location and after I get my refund (after I demand it!) I will never be coming here EVER again! F*** them for giving dry cleaning a bad name

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!! I wish I hadnt wasted my time and money going to a business where the customer is not appreciated. The worst is the little arrogant Hispanic guy behind the counter with his so called customer service. He acts like he is doing you a favor by taking your money and forgets he has a job becuase customers go there for a service not his attitude. Lost / Delayed and Damaged items. When you try and complain, they try to put it on you for asking to much and expecting things to be done right the first time. They are incompetent. He is a COWARD and a LIAR, when you ask him for his name to complian to the owner he gives you a fake name. Ryan, Brian, Joe or what ever his name is... Im taking my business to Victoria Village Cleaners.

This is the worst dry cleaners I have ever been to! They shurunk 2 of my lacoste shirts and blamed it on me. They said I should have had it dry cleaned when the label clearly states laundry only dry low heat. Okay so I gave them a second chance and sure enough they ruin another lacoste shirt. This time I did dry clean like they told me and it came back with a white stain on the front. Very notticeable! I was calm and tried to see what they could do about my now 3 ruined lasoste shirts. They refused to do anything and said it was not their fault. They said the stain was there before and dry cleaning enhanced the stain. No the stain was not there before. This place is aweful they have poor customer service and I will never go back!

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!! (I Copy and pasted the prior review) The arrogance of the owner (Matt) and his manager (son?) are unreal. This establishment ruined one of my shirts and stated that because I had not been there in three months that they are not liable. Mind you, I walked in with 5 more shirts and 2 other slacks for them to dry clean. They refused to acknowledge the mistake and would not so much as offer to redo the said item. I stated I had been going there (on and off) for over twenty years but it did not matter. I advised them that I will be taking my business elsewhere. Remember what customer service is? This will not be found at this establishment.

Ive been going to this cleaners for years and have always received great service. I cant even imagine anybody that Ive dealt with telling a customer that a tie they lost is not their problem. In the 10 years Ive been taking my cleaning there, Ive only had one problem...they charged me for sewing on a clasp but forgot to do it. I took the piece back, they apologized profusely and made things right. I feel comfortable in referring my friends and family there.

Awful, no respect for a hat that was very near and dear to me, they ruined an out of production hat that I wont be able to find a replacement for anywhere else. Lint balls on the brim? the front completely misshapen!? A LIMP EXCUSE OF ITS FORMER GLORY!!?? THE INNER FOLD IS A MESS, SEAMS ARE POPPED OUT EVERYWHERE, AND THE FABRIC IS RIPPED!! I am outraged, and will not be entrusting them with anything anytime soon,

The culture of this establishment is so bitter and anti-customer that i would encourage my neighbors to avoid doing business with them. The poor service and inflexible staff cancel out any convenience their location might provide.
