I WENT FOR HIGHLIGHT AND HAIR COLOR THE LADY GAVE ME ONE PRICE AFTER THEY RINSED MY HAIR THEY WANTED PAYMENT AND HAIR WHILE MY HAIR WAS WET ANOTHER LADY CAME IN AND CHANGED THE PRICE . I HAD PAID ALREADY AND I ASKED WHY THE PRICE CHANGE I COULDNT GET TO MY PURSE WITH WET HAIR SO THE LADY STARTED YELLING IN ENGLISH AND CHINESE. THAT I NEED TO PAY $5 MORE DOLLARS AND CAUSING A SCENE. I WAS WILLING TO PAY BUT SHE STARTED DISRESPECTING ME AND IT WAS AN EMBARRASSING SITUATION.. THIS IS THE WORST PLACE WHEN IT COMES TO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

The worst place u can imagen ur hair will start breaking after the second wash, i dont know what they use but seams to me its some kind of acid to bleach ur hair in 15 minutes???? Thats all it takes to bleach ur hair there !!!! Please do not go !!!! Beside they told me they would charge me $40 dala and when i was in the dryer the owner came and said, no no no, no 40 dala, we say 40 plus , when i asked what was the plus she said like 75 dala fo yu becas u costumer ! Jut fo yu ! We chage moe to ada piple .

Dude, I was totally gonna go here, but saw those last two reviews and now forget it. I was gonna cruise by here with my friend, but forget it, especially when they tried to charge that person extra and started screaming at her! Id NEVER pay for that service, and no joke if she did MY hair and started yelling at me while it was wet, Id walk out of that place so fast Id give everyone whiplash! So Ill take those warnings and beware. The outside of this place looked kinda mundane and trashy anyways.

The person that was helping me was helping me and 2 other people at the same time. She left me longer than what she was supposed too in the machine and burned my hair. Ever since, my hair keeps breaking and hasnt grown at all. Before that my hair would grow quick and now it doesnt even grow. It has been over a year since this happen and my hair is still the same. Really bad experience, would give zero (0) starts if possible.

WORSR CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. THE LADIES THERE ARE VERY UNPROFFESIONAL AND RUDE. I ASKED FOR SHORT LAYERS AND SAME LENGTH SINCE IM TRYING TO LET MY HAIR GROW. SHE DENIED SHE MADE IT SHORT AND TOLD ME IT WOULD UGLY IF I GOT SHORT LAYERS. WHY DID SHE EVEN GIVE ME A HAIRCUT IF SHE DOSNT WANT TO CUT HAIR. SHE ROLLED HER EYES WHEN I TOLD HER I WANT FULL BANGS. SHE MADE ME LOOK LIKE A 12 YEAR OLD. NOT WORTH IT!!!!!!

BEST hair salon I have used in years....Yesterday was my first time there..It did not take a long time..it was AMAZING!!! The service is great the atmosphere is good not as crowded as people make it out to be...my hairstylist was Christine she made so comfortable....She already knew what I wanted before I mentioned anything!!!...I love this place will go there from now on and years to come...

I LOVE THIS PLACE.. IVE BEEN COMING HERE FOR MORE THAN 9 YEARS. THEY ARE ALWAYS BUSY. SO THAT TELLS U HOW GOOD THEY ARE.. MY STYLIST IS TINA SHES VERY NICE N WHAT EVER WAY U WANT IT SHE WILL DO IT. GET GOOD COMPLIMENTS ON MY HAIR. I DO RECOMEND IT I DRIVE FROM FONTANA.

I came here and got Nancy and told her only to sue the brown parts of my hair not the blond. And when I was done my blond parts looked green and orange and my hair was falling off. Every time I ask them to do it a certain way they do it the wrong way.

The ladies there are very unprofessional. I wonder if being the only salon south orange county for black people makes them think they can treat the clients like crap. Makes the stereotype on black people a fact. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

I appreciate that they just did what i asked for... no one else would do what i asked.... i like it to start there... months later i went to another place.... but there you iether love it.. or you hate it... most of the time i love it..

Although there is a language barrier, I still love coming to this little salon. They do cute hair styles & do waxing. However, I wouldnt recommend getting this place for mani-pedis or acrylic nails.

they do a great job and its cheap, the only thing i dont like is that its far away from my house, but it is worth it i get my hair done here all the time. I wouldnt go anywhere else!!!!!!!!!!:)

I had the most horrible hair job... These woman were so rude and embarrassed me horribly. Im not going there anymore.. I dont recommend this place for their customer service.
