Most of the machines dont work. My clothes came out soaking and it smells like Body Odor and theres always homeless people inside and people doing drugs Im the bathroom. The washers are coated with other peoples detergent, the dryers hardly dry. Half of the damn machines are out of service. Never coming back here again.

All this other people that commented on the laundromat place.... what its wrong with you guys its only a laundromat on ball road what were you specting? ???? Royal treatment with golden washer machines???? Get a grip people its a laundromat besides a seven eleven ....

If i could gave a big fat 0 I would. Big load washers 2 of them did not fill with water. Thank God I only put soap and didnt add the bleach. Called left message. No call back as of yet. Now voice mail is full. Wonder why??

Came in several of the machines are out of service. Set the washer (#24) for bright colors which is supposed to be cold. When it finished I pulled my clothes out and they were VERY WARM.

Nothing works here. Is duty all the time and there no one to help you!!! I spend so much $$ because the washers stop working in the middle of the cycle....
