The machines at Launderland are old and ruin your clothes. I always used the frontloaders as I deduced that they did a better job than the toploaders, but they are expensive ($4.25 per wash), and the cycles are too short to properly wash your laundry. If you lose money in an inoperable machine or the change machine, hold your breath. Your only alternatives are to write a note on one of their forms, and/or leave a message on their message machine, and hope they contact you. I submitted a claim on October 8 and was told my reimbursement was in the mail. Its November 9, and I am still waiting... Finally, the laundromat claims to close at 10 PM, but the evening cleaning crew gets there around 9:25 PM and pressures you to leave well before 10.

My dryer load had maybe 10 minutes left, and the guy cleaning up rushed me out right at closing time. Yes, I was there late, but he had more than 10 minutes worth of cleaning, and I dont see how I was really any trouble.

I got in and out quickly to do some oversized items. Seems a little expensive but Idk what the normal prices area for wash and dry.
