My family and I have been going to Arcadia Ultimate since soon after they opened. They have always taken extremely good care of our Hondas. Jeff, the General Manager, is great and genuinely cares about his customers. When my last car finally needed to be replaced he sat me down told me my options ("I can make this one last about a year longer but its going to start to cost you after that. You might want to start thinking about getting a new car. I just want to you to be able to plan ahead.") I walked out the door, drove to the Honda dealership, traded in my Honda and got a new one all on Jeffs suggestion. I trust him THAT MUCH. God knows he would have made more money from keeping me limping along in that car but he, as always, took the high road and told me what I was looking at within a year. I was, and remain, grateful for Jeff and his fabulous team. Bottom line: Just do what Jeff says and your car will last at least a decade. Much longer than many even want cars these days.

Arcadia Ultimate Automotive is a great alternative to the dealer experience. I have found that their expertise (10+ years of service on our Acrura MDX and Honda Ridgeline ) is above that of the the typical dealer. They take the time to explain (and show you) any problems with your vehicle so you can see first hand that there is an issue. I really like that they do not try to pressure you into doing repairs that are not critical unless they are safety related. I have always believed you "get what you pay for" so I can give Arcadia Ultimate my full recommendation.

My family has been taking their cars here for as long as I can remember. Personalized Service, Fast Accurate repairs and diagnosis with every visit. I moved to San Jose for school and still only bring my car to Arcadia Ultimate for service whenever I am down visiting family. Recently they saved me more than $300 when my car was misdiagnosed at the local Honda dealer. Thank you guys so much. I will never buy any car other than a Honda or Toyota because of Arcadia Ultimate. There is no substitute for perfection. I LOVE my mechanics.

I brought my 1st Honda to Arcadia Ultimate Auto for years. I recently purchased a used car only because i had the confidence that I had someone I could trust to bring my car to. Jeff doesnt put cheap parts on your car and he doesnt mind explaining why. Great knowledge, service, and you wont need to worry about what services are being provided because they wont waste your money. I recommend this shop to all my friends.
