I was sent here by a relative who frequently gets his 328ic fixed here. I had the check engine light on, in my 2000 750il and if anyone has ever owned a BMW you know that most of the time that’s not a good thing. Yohanna greeted me in the lobby took my keys and I sat in the waiting room and watched some TV while they test drove my car and gave it a full inspection. Turns out I had a bad Sensor, it had gotten brittle and cracked over time which let the elements corrupt it. That wasn’t the only thing either, my serpentine belt was cracked all over and in need of a new one, and he recommended that I also changed my water pump due to high mileage or the car could over heat and the head of the engine would crack if it went out because their would be no circulation in the cooling system. I may be a woman but I do understand these things when someone explains them to me like this. Before he even worked on the car he showed me where all the worn parts were under the hood and explained the importance of needing the repairs. He put it this way spend several hundred dollars now and stay on the road, or drive as is for who knows how much longer and spend several thousand dollars for a complete engine rebuild and if anyone has ever owned a BMW you know that this would not be cheap. So I went ahead with the repairs got my car back and have been on the road for the past 8 months no more problems. Will be going back for an oil change soon. Not very often have I found an honest shop that respects me as a woman and does not try to rape me of my money just because I’m in a BMW and not a Man, I would recommend this place to anyone I ever meet.

Found this place in December of 2014 when my usual smog place was closed. They were able to turn the test around within an hour. My kids and I barely had time to walk up to Starbucks for some chocolate milk and coffee. Because of Youhannas excellent customer service, their clean shop, and professional atmosphere I decided to keep them in mind the next time I needed major work done. I typically do most of my repairs not because Im an excellent mechanic but in this economy I have to. We just took our 2004 Saturn L300 to replace the A/C compressor and a to get to the bottom of a fuel pressure issue that evaded me to no end. The car is running great now and I have no problem endorsing Ten-Four.

Great Service, Friendly, Reliable, Knowledgeable Staff. I have been bringing my Mercedes to this shop since 2007, I used to only trust the dealership but this shop gives me reasonable rates, quality work & a fast turnaround. Im a single parent on a budget so if there are multiple problems with my car the owner explains to me the importance & urgency of each mechanical issue, & lets me decide which ones I want to get done at that time & tells me how long I have until its necessary to complete the work. I recommend this shop to all of my friends, especially us single girls who other shops try to take advantage of, these guys are super honest & the owner & mechanics are pleasing to the eyes;~)

This shop is one of the best. I drive a 1989 Toyota supra turbo, and its hard to find people who know much about my car. I was looking around Whittier for shops to check my engine light and the Toyota specialist I contacted gave me a hard time and didnt even come close to helping as much as ten four auto did. The service was awesome, I liked the service so much I even decided to let them fix the problems with my car. These guys gave me a great price for the amount of work that had to be done. My supra drives way better now, They have become my regular shop and if I have any problems in the future its the first place I will take my car. I recommend them to everyone now.

Best alignment tech in town! Chris use to do the alignments for all the shops in the area that didnt have the equipment, he now does it exclusively at Ten Four. The mechanical checks they do on every service they perform there are the most thorough I have seen. They find out all about your car so you can make the best decision on what needs to be repaired right away and what can wait for another visit. Yohan the owner is considerate about giving you the best service possible so you will come back again. The shop is large, VERY clean and neat and this is reflected in their service as well.

Very poor Service, I took my BMW in for oil leak at valve cover. After service was performed I noticed it was still leaking, we took back to shop Owner said it will cost $250 more because they did not Fix the problem correct the first time. I believe they are not qualified to work on today’s cars and are learning their mistakes at our cost. I did not get it fixed there, took it to different Mechanic, Said they should have know about this issue. I gave them $220+ dollars for nothing!! Stay Away!!!

Tried this place out since it had good reviews online. Glad to say I also had a good expieriance. The techs and the owner were very friendly. They told me all the problems with my car and are gave me relly good prices for each repair. I have had my rack in pinnion and my lower ball joints repaired on my 350z and the problems I had with the suspension are gone. Im making this shop my spot whenever i have any other problems with my car.

its the go to place for mechanical and electrical work on your car they know what they are doing and are good at it. Took in my mini to get fixed runs like new. its hard to get a place around whittier that can do any type of car new and old import or not. great place for an oil change even reset the service light. Without resetting my wallet....

Good & Honest. They will fix your car and have competitive rates. Labor is actually cheaper than Pep Boys. They have a one year parts and labor warranty! Ask the other guys and compare. If they only have 3 months, dont bother

Wow, what a place, what a service! Got a great price on the work and had the job finished sooner than estimated. This is the place Im bringing all my cars. Do yourself a favor and visit them before you commit with anybody.

Scratched my rim during the installation of the new tires. The tires had white chalk on the sides so the presentation was horrible because they "ran out" of armor all. Regular prices. Wouldnt come here again.
