Ask for Narek: I just had my 4 tires replaced at the shop. I agree with other reviews that some of the staffs have typically auto shop mentality, i.e. autoshop thieves. Their goal is to first persuade you to leave the car there. Once the car is in the shop, they will butcher you in anyway they want. The only reason I gave the place still a 4 star rating is because of one guy in the shop, Narek. He is the few decent gentlemen left in the tire business. He honors his word, never tries to cheat, values his reputation, and always does his best to help customers. I truly believe this is the only way to sustain a business. They need loyal and returning customers. All the other staffs should learn from him. I hope his boss appreciate his value. Only because of him, I paid less than Costco (exactly the same tire) to get mine replaced. I will definitely go back and only ask for Narek.

Found out today after my Mechanic was replacing sensors that plastic cover that moves air properly is missing. I called today and spoke to Elizabeth who claims to be a mnagrr who kept on arguing with a customer. I am not surprised as when I got my van back next day i found out coolant level was very low so I replced it and I did call them at that time and radiator cover screws were also loose. Please dont take the car here.

Brought my car in right when they opened. There was only one car in the garage and none in the lot. Told me itd be 3 hours for my oil change and tire rotation. I came back 3 hours later, my car had yet to be worked on and was actually 3rd in line to have an oil change. Also my radio stations were changed to some Hispanic stations. I guess they felt it alright to use my car as a radio and not work on it.

Chris did right by this customer today. Last week during oil change they said cabin air filter was in need of replacing, it was very dirty. They said they would order it. It came time for my appointment but filter had not been ordered. Chris and team assured me if I came back later it would be available and done for free due to the inconvenience. That is treating your customer great.

Brought my car in for tire change and alignment service. Got all scheduled services, detailed reports from alignment and a courtesy inspection, and a few recommendations. These guys are professional and had good communication with customers throughout the process. Sure there could be upsells but you dont have to buy them. Very good experience overall.

Many, many years of quality service. One poor experience, but the good far outweigh the bad, and they did their best to rectify the one poor event. This is the place to take your car.
