Alrite, i have been going to Pep Boys for 6 Years, and today i was disappointed with the Service i was provided. I went to the Pep Boys today at 7pm to get Oil Change and Change one of my Front Head Lamp. I went to one of the guys to change the Front Head Lamp, and they have changed it for me before for 6 years till now, for FREE. It takes them a Minue (1min) to swap the bulb. And today the guy tells me that the management has changed, and now you have to get a work order to get it done. I was waiting for the guy to begin with for 15 minutes, and then he tells me i need a work order. And when i talk to the manager for changing the bulb. He asks me what car i drive? And when i said Benz, he looks at it, then me, and then tells me it will cost you $15 to change the Bulb. The bulb costs $15, and now just cauz i am driving Benz, he wants to charge me $15 more to change it. I am disappointed, and returned both the Engine Oil as well as the Head Lamp. This will definitely be my last visit to this store. One of the shittiest stores. The new management sucks, and dont know how to do business. Get a management Course to run a Business!!!

I am a big fan of Pep Boys and normally get service at my nearest location. I am also a seasoned mechanic. Having an oil change done only a couple of weeks ago and having the representative tell me that the oil was low and I needed an oil change bothers me. I understand if I simply needed a top off of oil, however the oil condition should have been a no brainier on the fact that I did not need an oil change. Since I had trusted them to make the decision on a wheel alignment has me wondering if I really needed the wheel alignment, did they tamper with my oil and anti-freeze levels, and how trust worthy are they. At this point I am not impressed.

Recent years, I experience having to sit in long lines at Pep boys and I receive slow service when I am at the register. The Pep boys staff are most-friendly. The Pep boys staff are with a great attitude; when they are available to help you. Once you get their attention, as they answer the phone or open a register, they will help you in that time-frame. A bit frustrating to have to go through, it causes me stress to shop here most of the time. The management should seek more training in customer service. I have been an Artesia resident since 1977.

This Pepboys has always been a reliable place to do routine maintenance like oil changes, brakes, batteries, and tires. The prices and work done are ok but definitely cheaper than dealer. I have never felt ripped off before. Service can be slow when crowded but service folks are friendly. We live close to the area so it is SOP to leave car there late morning and pick up before they close. Otherwise it is a long wait on the weekend.

Bad service. People are waiting for a while and employees just walking around . Waiting for oil change almost 2 1/2 hours when asking to somebody manager come to me and tell me if I want He can bring my keys back and go to another place. Manager told me just have one person for repair and services at this time. I see 6 employees at repair area and 3 in parts. I see the sign free wifi but my phone say connection too slow

The physical service it self was good. I replaced my alternator that was going out and the installation part was great, but the customer service was trash. Ive never given a review for any business in my life, but this location was terrible. They tried to charge me extra for a extended labor warranty that wasnt included in the price before. Check your receipts before departure because they will over charge you.

I found half of what I was looking for and the customer service was definitely sub par. No one was willing to help wtihout ne asking and it took the entire staff to help me find headlight replacements. I understand that my part was not in the store, but the fact I was tossed from person to person and left hanging at one point shows that they are not interested in helping customers.

I received very poor service and was very unhappy with their procedures on diagnosing batteries.... i was almost swindled into purchasing a new optima battery. good thing i have common sense and went elsewhere to ask for a second opinion, turns out the battery was just low on charge and was not tested properly....

I had great service coming to this Pep Boys. I was assisted by Jorge and he was a big help. He estimated that I would be there for a few hours but he worked a few things out and I was out in half the time. The prices were very reasonable. I just chilled and watched Transformers. If you go there, talk to Jorge.

I went in there to get some oil and unfortunately they had no royal purple left so the nice guy behind the counter ordered what I needed instead of sending me to another store. He was very informational and I will definatly be back. Oh and the oil was there before he promised. Very exceptional!

DO NOT GO TO THIS/ANY PEP BOYS. Rude employees with very poor management. "20 minute" oil change took about 90 minutes. Incompetent and totally unprofessional. Do not go in for any service, if you need tools or a particular part, then yes. But other than that, AVOID this place.

I just bought some door hinge bushings from tops auto supply in Anaheim and paid $3.66 for each package but, they were one short of what I needed so I stopped at this Pep Boys for the extra one I needed and, was charged $8.71 for the exact same one, same brand.

This guys are lazy they wanted to take my whole bumper off to install my headlight and charge me $168 they are out of the brain when the Norwalk one only said they will charge me $15....Do not bring ur car here they are a total Rip off!!!

I came to this location because I had a horrible customer service experience at the Long Beach shop. Francisco and Juan were helpful. I purchased windshield wipers and the installed them for me... Entire transaction took 7 minutes.

Because of the long wait experience I had in the pass for an oil change... I had called the store to make a appointment for an oil change and still they had me on hold for almost an hours... Even telephone costumer service was bad!

The customer waiting lounge is infested with insects. Very uncomfortable having to swat knats and brush off ants every 30 seconds! And theres a big spiders web right next to the childrens toys. Child endangerment...

I brought my truck in to have them check the charging system/Alternator. They diagnosed/verified the Alternator was bad and had it changed in an hour. Great job!
