Multiple times Katie forgets or breaks an appointment, calling to cancel 9pm the night before a morning haircut appointment. She is very unapologetic about it too. I cant support this. I also cant switch my schedule around at her whim.

I went once as a treat and keep going back. They use Aveda and are the nicest people. Michael cuts my hair and it looks amazing afterwards every time!
