I went up to the shop for an estimate for a minor job, < $3K total. Marcos provided an estimate via email later that day. I later decided to adjust that I wanted to adjust the estimate to exclude some items and reached out to Marcos via email. He did not respond for a week. After 2 weeks with no response, I decided to call the shop and was told by the person answering the phone that he (Marcos) was "swamped" but would reach out to me within 24 hours. It has been a week and still no response. I have been a Progressive customer for over 10 years and they recommended this shop to me. Sticking with the facts, they were unresponsive for a small job as a result I would not select them for a larger, more complex job. I would suggest Penske Collision Center in Downey as an alternative. Even though it was a small job, they provided the same level of service as if it were a larger job.

My girlfriends repaired car doors honestly look better than when we brought the car in. I dont know how they got it to look so shiny and new. They even buffed out her taillights and headlights from the oxidation that happens on cars over time! Those were not even near the damaged area so they did not have to do it. Very nice people, will def come back if I ever need repairs again.

This place is awesome. Tina was awesome. I got a loaner car from them which was a great help. I got texts giving me updates on my car often. Car was returned smelling and looking new. Thanks Cerritos. I can be a pain in the butt sometimes with my calls and requests but they handled it like champs. Very professional
