I love Round Table, but I will never, ever go to this location again. I dont get pizza often, but after a long trip, my wife and I were too tired to cook, and the kids were cranky, so I placed an order online (1 family size pepperoni + olive, hardly complicated). I drove down 45 minutes later. Their shift supervisor appeared dumbfounded when I told him I was there to pick up my pizza. He kind of flitted nervously about the place (I dont want to judge, but the nervous behavior and look of the person kind of seemed like he was on drugs), and after a minute came from some room in the back with a receipt. Turns out they hadnt even started my order. I was annoyed, but I worked in restaurants for 6 years, and retail for 4, so I get it. Things happen. That said, I got nothing whatsoever that even resembled an apology, or even concern or guilt. He just mumbled something about the delivery driver being gone for a while and how busy they were. When he mentioned how busy they were, I couldnt help but notice that there wasnt a single person in the restaurant, and there was no food on the ground or other disarray that would indicate I had come in right after a rush. So I sat down to wait. 25 minutes went by with people coming in, ordering, and receiving their food. I finally asked this same supervisor where my food was. They had just started it. At this point I was enraged. Starting my food should have been the first thing they did when they learned that they had screwed up the first time. Totally unacceptable for them to wait an additional 25 minutes before even bothering to put the sauce on the dough. So I told him to cancel the order and to give me my money back. He STILL didnt apologize. He just said, "well that sounds reasonable," and went to cancel my order. Then he started acting cagey, and I began to doubt that he had actually refunded my money. So I asked how I would know that it would be refunded. He said they would do it later. Now, they had forgotten to even make my food TWICE, how much faith do you suppose I had that they would remember to refund my money? So I said HELL NO, youre going to do it NOW, and provide me proof. Then his boss, the assistant manager came over. She was nice enough and actually had the mind to apologize, which I appreciated. It took her another 10 minutes to come out and tell me she couldnt refund the money right then because their online system was down. She gave me a receipt and I left. But she at least apologized. What really upset me is the utter and complete lack of concern. Nobody apologized until I had canceled my order. Nobody made even the most superficial effort to make it right. This is the basics of customer service, I mean the very most basic stuff, and they just cant handle it. I dont think they are bad people, I just think this location is poorly trained. And incorrectly staffed, that supervisor shouldnt even have a job in customer service, much less be in a position of responsibility.

Not well managed.Buffett night no pizzas.Cant handle busy nights.Round table is our families favorite pizza.This is by far the most poorly run RT Ive been to.The pizza is good and the employees are ok its just not operating efficiently or at full speed.Maybe the owner or manager is inexperienced at running a restaurant.

round table pizza, is my favorite pizza chain, this location has some of the best service. Pizza is always done quick and quality is top notch. No delivery and NO tvs/sports. They would sell more food and beer if they had some sports on. Kinda kills it for me.

Monday night half off pizza night is the best! Order hours ahead because they get very busy. We prefer to order and pick up the pizza. The dine in is just ok. It could use some updating... However, they get 4 stars because the pizza is just that good!

As always, the service is great and the food is first rate... having the lunch buffet and its hot and fresh... Hands down this LOP store whips the one in Grass Valley, for sure!

Overpriced but its okay. I used to work here like 8 years ago. I remember going home with free pizza all the time or snacking out of prep area throughout my shift.
