Terrible perm! Over charged me after a quote of $117 to include a light trim. Ended up paying $157... My hair is straight on the back of head...perm was just 3 days ago ... They messed up on my appointment time so another person did the perm that recently just came out of school within 8 months. Beware this place is a racket! If you call in and ask for a cut or other service and cost, they will give you a quote but also say, for a more qualified it will cost more .... I plan on following up with this plus not granting first time buyers discount, and Birthday free gift ....

I love this store . Its never super packed I dont feel rushed to make a decision. It makes the experience so much better ! I can try out every tester in the world and no one does any hovering . The benefit brow bar is also awesome ! Tana does a great job and shes super friendly ! Im so glad shes back ! Michelle is also awesome . Shes always giving compliments and there when you need her ! I Will forever be an ulta shopper .
