I just moved to the area from Los Angeles, CA. I chose Studio 15 because of the good reviews its gotten. I booked my appt online for a Brazilian wax service. The lady I was scheduled with didnt speak English, she didnt know what I was talking about. Another lady called the owner and I spoke with him, he said they dont have anyone to do that. I was upset because I was sitting there waiting, it was hot and I am 8 months pregnant. On top of that, the whole salon knew I was there for a brazilin which was embarrassing. The lady who didnt speak English told her next client why I was there and that she doesnt do that. No one needs to know why I am there especially if its something personal like that. Where is the client Privacy!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and update your website if you dont have the service available!!!!!!!!! First time impression, the worst service I have ever gotten from a place that does everything, I was excited to go there, and now, I will never go back there nor will I recommend people there.

This has been one of the best haircuts I have ever gotten. The employees were really nice as was the owner. They also now have added more products and the nice lady will assist you with buying ones that will best suit your hair. I have booked a spa service as well which I heard is excellent with ambient music and good service. A must go place if you are in the area.

This salon has it all. Mani/Pedi, color/highlights, hair cuts, and even massage. Love the service and how big it is. Dont feel as claustrophobic as most salon ive been to. Good location in a corner lot with lots of parking.
