Started as a loader in the shipping department through AMR Staffing(Fallas Perris DC) worked my ass off until i got promoted as lead two months later in that department, But once i started really setting my foot in the upper management really saw me as a threat that i could possibly take their positions & AMR recruiters along with Fallas management set me up to lay me off because i was exposing the corruption within the offices in AMR & the mangers would purposely treat me like garbage to get me to quit but since i wouldnt give in they decided to send me home for no reason one day & when i went back to get explanation they told me to "Just go look for another job" the worst part of all this was i was literally about to get hired on through the company & honestly i devoted so much time to literally go on unemployment because i was doing the right thing & they knew if the company would hire me on i was gonna change a lot of things and really call out the corruption leaders out..... If they ever want me back at that DC Im not going unless its a LEAD position because thats how i left and i will not be demoted

No dan buen servicio son empleados inutiles que no saben dar una buena atencion al cliente.... Aparte me dijeron que me presentara para cambiar la dirección y llenar un formato lo hice, después de varios dias llame para comfirmar por la razon de que no llegaran el formato de los taxe a la otra direccion y me salen que no hicieron el cambió de que se trata esto. Mi opinion si no saben hacer su trabajo porque estan en ese puesto ,esa agencia a tenido varias demandas por lo mismo.

I worked one week through this agency and was underpaid more than half the hours I worked. Its been a month and I still havent gotten paid. The supervisor whom I worked for through the agency will not return my phone calls nor messages and the people working at the agency responsible for handling this are either impossible to get into contact with, or do nothing/ dont follow up with the issues of concern. The people working at the agency dont even have a voicemail in which you can leave a message. So if they dont answer the phone, which they wont, theres nothing else that can be done. Bad service, bad agency, dont work for them.

La verdad no muy buena atención,para llenar una fórmula d trabajo ,4 horas,está muy mal, se q uno necesita el trabajo, pero la verdad se pasan , y algunos son sangrones! Y llamas por teléfono y se tardan en contestar y les llamas a su celular y se enojan, entonces para que te lo dan,

I did like the oportunity they gave me as a supervisor. But i hate the way mirna disposes supervisors like tampons. How they train you and elevate you and just when you ask for your salary and benefits she just has removed. Why? Who knows. But very fishy indeed. Just remember that not all of us stay with their hands down. I dismissed other oportunities to support AMR just to get an "im sorry the podition has been consolidated". WTF??? By who? If i was the one in that office. But good luck. This might just turn into a real stampede.

Bin with AMR for over 2 years ,working as a yard goat driver over at YUSEN.for the most part its bin smooth sailing Ive only had maybe a few hiccups since Ive bin their,cant complain.it is sometimes very hard to get in contact with any of their office personnel but overall Im still happy.it pays my bills and putts clothes on my kids backs.and I also left at one point to a different job didnt like it and AMR took me back with no drama.so overall they do there part, its up to us to do our part..

If your serious about work you can get it here however you will bust your ass i waited a month for a graveyard shift and got 3 calls for the day shift and told amr it could only be grave yard for me. I got hired. Like i said you do bust your ass but thats work. Work is never easy so if your looking for easy take yourself to college and get a degree and find you an " easy" job. Im sure you eill find that all jobs are either mentaly or physically taxing

Really bad agency! I started working at yusen logistics and I couldnt clock in cause it was my first day I was new, but I did sign in. And Vivian knows I did show up to work that same day she told me even Jose did roll call and he was checking if everybody on his list was there he did call my name I said Im here he said OK .well I never got paid for that day smh I know it was only a day but a day is a day!

Two of these girls are super rude unless youre a cute guy... theyre straight Bs! They treat people who need jobs like the scum on their shoes. They should realize those people are the reason THEY even have a job. I came with somebody who needs a job, or else I wouldve told them off... Go roll your eyes at the partner who doesnt please you properly IF you even have somebody B****es!!

This agency is the best, I have worked for them in the past and was treated very well. I like the staff and would recommend it to anyone that is serious about working. If, you dont want to work, this is not the agency to go to. They will find good matches for you and your skills. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable and professional.

This place has me waiting for over 1 hour and the employees pick and choose who they want to help. Instead of moving the line along they let applicants fill out the documents at their desk. I have seen about 3-5 people go before me and be in and out of here in a matter of moments. While i am still waiting to be called on.

Horrible work environments, they have no respect for there workforce. All these jobs are minum wage for hard labor. And please be careful with your hours and pay rates I have been shorted hours and misinformed about pay rates . Dont waste your time, there os plenty more agency in the area, this one is just terrible.

I had bad experience here also they said they had a forklift position for me available a regular sit down, when I get to the job site it was a whole different kind of forklift, then the supervisor accuses me of lying. But they lied to me, dont waste ur time here seriously.

It is impossible to get a hold of someone when you need info on your check or w2. I got my w2 from previous employer almost a whole month ago and my arm w-2 is the only thing holding me from getting my much needed cash from my taxes. Worst agency Ive been at so far

Amr had two amr on site people that run yusen. One of the staff was caught sleeping in the office and the other one lies a lot!. Both have been reported to amr but im the one that gets fired from yusen location right after reporting this HA.

AMR has helped me and alot of my family members get a job. I like that they provide Health benefits not like other warehouses. and sick pay. i will continue to recommend this agency
